I had a confusing start with the house title not matching the bill, which caused me a headache and led me to cancel my credit card.Check-in went smoothly, and the location was good. The house is old, two stories high, and has a nice basement. You can see big cracks on the ceilings in every room. The floors sag, you can hear footsteps when walking, and the walls are thin, but we understood that they did their best with the remodeling. The hotel owns the house and has a system in place. They provided a nice welcome packet with all the information we needed, plus a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate. The house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, but we found the supplies limited, which made us uncomfortable. We booked for three nights. On the first day, there were only three rolls of toilet paper, one paper towel, and a trash bag in the can. We ran out of supplies on the second day and requested more, as the welcome packet said we could. The staff gave us four rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one garbage bag, said we would need to buy more ourselves. These supplies are inexpensive, and we didn’t expect to have to do this. We don’t normally complain, but this situation is too much.
