This single level condo is located 6 blocks to the Plaza. The home offers privacy and convenience and features hardwood floors throughout, hand troweled plaster walls, one bedroom is an en-suite with it's own full bath, washer and dryer. All rooms have their own access to an outdoor patio for indoor/outdoor enjoyment. Private patios for outdoor dining or morning coffee. For hikers and mountain bikers, it's less than a 5 minute drive to the Dale Ball tail head which access most of the trails throughout the foothills and high altitude mountain trails. For the winter enthusiast, the home is only 2 blocks to Hyde Park Rd. which is a straight 20 minute up drive to the Santa Fe Ski Basin.

Lovely House Rental

My friends and I do a reunion trip each year. We like to stay in a place that is comfortable and close to the plaza. This house was one of the best we have stayed in. The owner was great and the house was outfitted with all the things someone costing might need. We had a great time.i would stay here again.

Quiet place in Santa Fe close to downtown

We stayed in Michael's condo for a week over Christmas to experience Santa Fe during the holidays. The condo was quiet and cozy and walking distance (about a mile) from the square and Canyon Road. It was a little too cold for this Southern California girl at night, so we drove into town for dinners. We also ate in a couple of nights and all breakfasts and the kitchen was sufficient for all of our needs. Michael's communication was excellent and he was extremely kind and responsive when I lost the key to the front door. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. Santa Fe was lovely and less crowded than I expected at this time of the year.

We loved our stay here for a couple of restful nights in Santa Fe. The location is perfect: quiet, easy walk to the Plaza, 10 min drive to trailheads. The host, Michael, has great attention to details and the casita is among the best equipped in terms of rentals we have had. He is very responsive and checkin and communication were perfect.

Michael was a perfect host! He was easy to communicate with, and made sure that we had everything that we needed, including umbrellas (as it turned out to be a rainy weekend). The house was clean, and there was coffee for the coffee pot along with English muffins and jam in the refrigerator. The casita was in a quiet neighborhood that was conveniently located. We’re so happy that we stayed there.

Amazing first time in Santa Fe!

Really enjoyed staying here for my first time in Santa Fe! The home is centrally located on a very quiet street, was very clean and kitchen was fully stocked with cooking notes. The beds were comfortable and had nice bathrooms with great showers. Our host checked in to make sure everything was okay or if we needed something. I wish we spent more time here, we will definitely return to this location again!

So charming, comfortable, and quiet--a gem! Wonderful Host!

Of the several very nice places we've stayed in Santa Fe before, this was our favorite. The two of us loved our 2-week stay here. It was convenient to the plaza area, and the Wine/Chili festival park area. It is very quiet and clean, and oh so comfortable. Examples of things we really appreciated are: everything--including washer and dryer--all on one floor, off-street driveway parking a few steps from the front door, toilet paper/shampoo/soap/hair dryer/fragrance-free laundry detergent/dryer sheets provided, the softest sheets and towels ever, comfortable beds with pillow and blanket options, plenty of hot water when needed, smart TV, super well-equipped kitchen, private outdoor areas, and all in a lovely neighborhood. Host Michael was so helpful, kind, and communicative before and during our stay. He proactively checked on us via text a few times just to see how we were doing and if we needed anything and offered a free mid-stay house cleaning. I always advise others who ask me...choose rental properties that are highly rated and have good reviews for BOTH the property AND the host. So, as we have rave reviews for both Michael and this home, we highly recommend!! Santa Fe is a vacation destination that is one of our favorites for the ease of a small city, the fantastic food and many many great restaurants, the beautiful architecture and culture (check out the Lensic Theater), the cool shopping, the nearby nature and hiking, and the blue skies. Thanks again Michael!

The unique features about this property is that if you are visiting during the warmer months, every room including the bedrooms have access to private outdoor spaces and you can walk everywhere from this location. If you are visiting during the winter months and enjoy skiing, it's two blocks from the Ski Basin Rd. which ends at the Santa Fe Ski basin parking lot. During the spring, summer and fall months, the same road takes you to to dozens of trail heads that offers over a hundred miles of hiking and mountain biking trails through the Sangre De Cristo Mountains.
