Let’s tour the place
This chic apartment is spread over 65 sqm and has capacity for 4 people.
The living room features a glamour interior, with a large grey double-sofa bed and one pastel-green armchair, a round coffee table and TV unit - topped with a smart TV. Garnished with gold accessories, this living area guarantees a sense of luxury and contentment. The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window glass overlooking the mesmerizing city landscapes.
Next to the living area is a round white dining table with 4 white chairs. The dining area comes with top-notch dishes and silverware, and has a serving hatch leading directly to the kitchen.
The Kitchen has granite countertops and wooden cabinets. It is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including cooking basics, dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, juicer, gas stove, coffee maker, and more.
Inside you will find the charming master bedroom, fully furnished and decorated to suit the luxury of the area. It comes with a king-size bed dressed with fresh white linen and pastel green covers, room darkening shades hiding the panoramic floor-to-ceiling window glass, two chairs and a stool of the same color, night tables with lamps, a chest of drawers with a mirror, and a wardrobe. We can also provide you with extra pillows and blankets, upon request. The room has a private full bathroom, with a bathtub, a wash basin, a toilet, and all the bathroom amenities such as cleaning products, hair dryer, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and more.
There’s also a second bathroom for guests at the apartment; it comes with a wash basin and a toilet.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and smoke alarm. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Major landmarks around the tower include: Dubai International Stadium, Dubai Autodrome, and Dubai Miracle Garden.
Oudah Tower also offers easy access to Al Khail Road with various bus stations accessible within a 5-minute walking distance.
Many bus stations are available at walking distances. However, one can find catch a metro bus from the nearest station within a 20-minute drive.
