Great townhouse located on North Padre Island, The Tequila Pelican is a three bedroom, three bath unit that sleeps ten comfortably, and is delightfully decorated in comforting coastal hues of blues, aqua, and corals that is sure to please.
Walk into the spacious open floor plan with all the living space on the first level. The living area has a plush sectional sofa, a side reclining chair, end tables with lamps, and a large flat screen TV with Wi-Fi and cable.
The ample dining table is great for family meals or game time, with seating for eight.
The kitchen is well equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a regular drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig and all the cooking utensils you may need. A small laundry room is located off the kitchen with a stackable washer & dryer, for your use while you are in the unit.
There is also a full bath on this level with a tiled walk in shower, and a classic pedestal style sink.
When you are ready to retire after a long day at the beach, head upstairs to relax. BD1) To the right at the top of the stairs, this bedroom has two queen size beds, a nightstand with a lamp, a closet, a small chest, and a TV with Wi-Fi. BA2) The ensuite full bath has a tiled walk-in shower, and a granite vanity with double sinks.
BD2) To the left of the stairs is bedroom two, with a queen size bed, nightstands with lamps, a closet, a chest and a TV with Wi-Fi.
BA3) In the hallway is another full bath with a tub/shower combo and a granite vanity with a sink.
BD3) Next to that is the third bedroom with two queen beds, a nightstand with a lamp, a closet, a chest, and a TV with Wi-Fi.
