Ocean Harbor #1201B - Spacious Luxury Condo Surrounded with Stunning Views
When pulling into Ocean Harbor and making your way to your covered parking space, you pass the complex's tennis courts, shuffleboard, club house and large community pool. In the pool area there are also 2 hot tubs and a shared barbeque space. Behind the second building, building B, you will find the complex marina on the bay.
Walking into the unit, you are immediately greeted by the lovely views of the bay and boats below from the screened-in patio off the living room. There is a second, smaller screened-in porch off of the dining room, allowing guests to get fresh air and beautiful views from multiple directions.
The master bedroom features a king bed, numerous large closets, a large bathroom and private doorway directly to screened-in patio. The bathroom has bath a large soaking tub perfect for long baths as well as a stand-up shower - for the best of both worlds.
The guest bedroom has both a full bed and a twin bed, private doorway directly to the second screened-in patio, and yes - more stunning views! From the guest bedroom you can see the back bay, south end of Estero Island and the beach! Definitely one of a kind.
* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Ocean Harbor (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. *
Maximum occupancy of 5 guests. There is a guest bathroom in the hall with a shower/tub combo. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals. Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals available. Mid-month arrival or departure must be approved prior to rental. There is a $100 registration fee for guest party to be registered with the Ocean Harbor association. This fee is included at the time of booking, and is non-refundable.
This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.
$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
