You are truly in the Hollywood Hills with views that belong on a postcard! With a birds eye view you can see everything but your still walking distance from the Hollywood Bowl as well as Hollywood Blvd, Runyon Canyon and the 100 year old Landmark restaurant Yamashiros. This is definitely a place you'd want to chill at with your significant other or your closest friends. The location is very private so no worries about privacy. I truly believe you'll want to keep this one a secret!!!

The place was just perfect for us

It’s all about the view which was spectacular. The place is very roomy and had everything you need. We enjoyed playing pool on the pool table. Don’t use Apple maps but use Google maps because Apple Maps led us to the wrong place. It was really nice having the owner meet us there to take us in and show us around.

Hollywood Hills Gem

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were great, the house was exactly as advertised, and the views are phenomenal. You truly do have a view of Hollywood sign, Observatory, Capital Records, and downtown LA from the balcony and downstairs bedroom. House is also walking distance from Hollywood Bowl which is exactly why we chose this house. Fair warning, it’s uphill/stairs on the way back, just take your time and you will be fine. 10/10 would stay again.

A+ home and host

Listing was very accurate. Home exceeded our expectations and has everything you need. Stunning wrap-around views. Central W Hollywood location puts you close to so many must sees. Great communication from host and he welcomed us upon arrival which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such an amazing time! This property makes you feel like a movie star. The views are stunning, the house feels very private and is in such a prime location. Lovely stay!!

Well stocked and comfortable stay. Personalized with meeting the hosts when we checked in. The view is to die for and it is a great location for the Hollywood Bowl! The walk back was a little steep, but worth it! Go for it!

Great location and home

Location was close to many local activities and the 101 freeway, views were great, and house was laid out in a way that could work for most families, or a couple, couples. Stocked with useful items (think shower/laundry/kitchen). Thank you!

Great place in Hollywood

This house is in a great location. The views of LA are amazing. Georigo and Kelly are amazing hosts. They toured the house with us and made sure we knew how everything worked and where everything was located. We can't thank them enough for being so gracious. we will definitely rent this property on our next trip to LA.

Awesome location and unique!

We stayed for two nights with kids for their first visit to LA. Georgio and Kelly are amazing hosts! They meet you at property, greet you, give you tour and make you feel welcome. You walk in to see amazing views of LA and the Hills. Hollywood sign is great to see! Views are wonderful at night and during the day. House is decorated in an eclectic and unique manner that Is welcoming and makes you feel way more hip than You actually are:) location is great for tourists or anyone. Up the road from walk of fame, 9 minutes to Universal, 20 to Burbank Airport and WB and right off the 101. Tips: We were able to get our Tahoe down the driveway but you do have to be careful doing up and down that as well as the hill. We found it easiest to Pull down and back out. When you get to address text Georgio and he will come outside so you know which driveway The showers are great and the beds are really comfy

Wonderful stay

The owner greet us upon on our arrival, and show us around. The house itself is nice enough and the view is great, can see the Hollywood sign. It has two level, one king size bed on each level, to me it is like a two apartment in one house. I originally booked it for 2 couples, myself and my wife and another couple, although only 2 of us can make it. It would be perfect for 2 couples, and will have enough privacy.

Perfect Hollywood home

The overall property was beautiful! The view from the house is just as advertised and home has a great artist its touch. The hosts were beautiful vibrant people that communicated great and had great recommendations. I’m looking forward to coming back and staying in one of their beautiful homes.

Wow - exceeded all expectations

This place is amazing, wonderful host. If you want views that are among the best LA has to offer with seclusion, this is hard to beat. 10 min to Universal Studios. The layout of the home made it easy for a party of 6. Excellent kitchen, 3 full baths, 3 large comfortable beds. Will definitely come back. Thank you!

Beautiful views and perfect location

Our family stayed for 3 nights- Georgio was a wonderful host! The home is beautifully decorated and truly makes you feel like a Hollywood celebrity. Ideally located - about 10 minutes to universal studios and just a short jaunt down the hill to Hollywood Boulevard. Enjoyed eating meals on the balcony overlooking downtown LA. Our 5 kids enjoyed the pool table. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay

Communication with owners was good. Liked initial tour of their home. You could feel the love they have for their home. Kitchen is well stocked. Views are even better. 2 things I’d say - 1. The driveway, particularly backing out, takes some getting used to. Once you’ve done it several times, it fine. 2. Make sure you know where the light switches are for each room. Just sayin. Neither of the above are meant to take anything away from the house, it’s as amazing as the views. The pictures are accurate Thank you for allowing me the privilege of staying in your home. Looking forward to seeing you again.

Amazing property, amazing hosts!

Our family of four spent a long weekend at Georgio's home and it was wonderful from start to finish. First of all, he met us there to show us around and give us the lay of the land. You can tell how much love he and his wife put into renovating and decorating the place. The entire space is unique, with funky decor and fun little touches everywhere. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the location is fantastic because it's close to so many great sites. And of course, there is the unbelievable view! If you want to feel like you've really gotten away and splurged on a truly special place, this is the rental for you. We will definitely be back!
