Activities
- The apple festival on July 14 and 15 sees the streets become the scene of a traditional parade in Breton costume.
- In Quimper, the Cornouaille Festival is the leading festival of Breton culture. It runs from July 19 to 23.
- On the other side of the bay, Concarneau hosts the traditional blue net festival from August 11 to 15, where you can also visit the walled town.
- The Lorient Inter-Celtic Festival brings together musical groups from all the Celtic countries for 10 days from August 4 to 10.
- The most famous walks take you along the paths of La Torche, where you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the ocean, if you're brave enough to climb the 307 steps of the Eckmühl lighthouse. The Bay of Audierne is equally worth the trip, and the highlight of the show awaits you at the foot of the Cap-Sizun cliffs that determine the end of the land (Finistère)
