Grande Shores Ocean Resort is located OCEANFRONT in Myrtle Beach with an amazing north view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our property is located in an upscale residential neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops nearby! Grande Shores is perfect for families (large and small – if you need multiple condos, DM for assistance), golf vacations, and girlfriend getaways. Guests enjoy 3 POOLS, 2 LAZY RIVERS, and 5 HOT TUB SPAS. Parking is onsite and outside the unit.

Our guest bedroom has 2 queens, the master has a king, ensuite bathroom, and a slider to a private ocean-view balcony. There is a full bath off the main hall, along with a closet for storing beach toys. The living room has a new queen sleeper sofa. The resort is located adjacent to a residential neighborhood where the beach tends to be less crowded.

CONDO FEATURES:

This is our second home, and we treat it with lots of love and care. We completely remodeled the unit when it was purchased and each year we update something! We work with onsite housekeeping so that you can choose to have the condo refreshed each day (the front desk will be happy to give you details about this extra service). You may note in our reviews that our guests continually mention how clean the condo is.

BOOKING DETAILS:

• Check-in: after 4 PM (on occasion the condo may be ready early
– feel free to check with the staff and you can access the

• All linens and exit cleaning is included in the cost
• All reservations require a signed RENTAL AGREEMENT
• You must be 23 years of age to check-in and the responsible
party must stay in the unit
• NO PETS. Sorry, pets are not allowed per the Homeowner's
Association
• NO SMOKING in the condo. Resort rules prohibit smoking on
balconies

Wonderful Myrtle Beach Getaway!

Impeccably clean condo that had everything we needed for our family! Close to restaurants and shopping. Excellent beach views, and great service with renting beach chairs and umbrellas! Great communication with our hosts for a seamless trip and experience!

Great Location

This place was a wonderful place with great views. This place was located more on the quieter end of Myrtle Beach. I felt the beach wasn't as crowded which was very nice. This condo had great view of the ocean. I really enjoyed watching the sunrise in the mornings. The room was very clean and didn't have any issues during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay

We loved the stay at Phil and Sharon's ocean view condo. The condo, itself, is very comfortable, clean, and nicely updated in a fantastic 6th floor location! I also found Sharon to be very kind and easy to communicate with. While the building itself is a tad older, the amenities are phenomenal. This includes several pools, hot tubs, two lazy rivers, and a parking garage that allowed us to park outside the condo. Our extended family had a fantastic stay and certainly recommend!

Very Nice Place

This condo was accurately depicted on the website. It was very nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient and you are right on the beach. Several swimming pools are available as well. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Great place for a getaway

The room was great. We've stayed at a few different oceanfront properties in Myrtle Beach over the years, and it's a fairly typical setup for a two bedroom, but everything is in better condition. Overall, the room was pretty great. The property was fine, but there was construction that had most of the outdoor pools closed. The weather wasn't very warm, so it wasn't a big deal. The pool area was nice enough, just showing it's age a bit. We enjoyed the hot tubs on the 7th floor. I'd certainly stay again.

Girls Beach Week

We had a great week. Our place was beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. It’s very nice to stay somewhere that has a washer and dryer in case you need it. Excellent property!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen and living room had everything we needed for any down time. I loved the parking right outside our door in the parking garage and being steps away from the beach was fantastic! Our 18 and 22 year old children loved having a gym and hot tub in the building. We are already looking into dates for our next trip to stay here!

Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was exactly as described and very clean. Even though it was a side unit the beach view was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have parking basically just outside the door. The parking garage was easier than most to navigate with wide ramps from one level to the next and plenty of mirrors to see oncoming vehicles. There were three elevators, which were quite fast. The entire resort, including public restrooms, were clean. The outdoor pools on the 7th floor did not feel heated (May 7-10) but the indoor pool appeared to be. The indoor and outdoor hot tubs were indeed hot. The oceanfront pools at ground level were closed due to scaffolding ... which we knew was a possibility. I heard someone working the front desk say they would be closed for a couple more weeks. For the most part it was very quiet. The exception was some occasional noise from a vehicle driving through the parking garage. My family will definitely consider staying in this condo again.

Perfect location, beautiful condo

My family and I visited Myrtle Beach for a volleyball tournament and stayed at this condo in Grand Shores. We loved it. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The view was beautiful (especially for the sunrise)! We usually stay in South Myrtle but we will now be staying in North Myrtle! Great location!!

My son goes to CCU and went down for a visit. I wanted to stay at the beach and this was a perfect fit. The unit was clean and the owner was very responsive. I will be staying here again during my future visits!

Location is everything!

My family of 4 stayed here on our spring break and it’s just want we all needed. The view of the ocean is beautiful and it’s only a 3 minute walk to the beach! Perfect Location

Location was perfect! Quiet area, but still able to walk to restaurants, Starbucks and grocery store! Unit had a great view, and drinks were good at the hotel bar/restaurant We would absolutely stay in this unit again!

This condo is a family dream realized! We love sitting and watching the water, beautiful sunrises, as well as storms from the balcony, and unlimited seafood options! Phil is a manager for a large industrial company. Sharon is a semi-retired paralegal and an always-available Nana.

After viewing many condos up and down the beach, we chose Grande Shores Resort based on view, location, and amenities. Because the property borders a residential area, the beach tends to be less crowded. There are restaurants within walking distance and Publix and Starbucks are a couple of blocks. Do you walk for exercise? Ask us about the two-mile walk that is right outside the door in a beautiful neighborhood. Plus....THE BEACH!

We work hard to keep our condo updated and amazingly clean! Our guests tell us that the PARKING IS THE BEST! Being able to drive up six floors and park outside the condo is one of our favorite features. Having a restaurant and bar on the property is a real bonus.
