This listing combines 2 separate homes on the same building to have huge living space for large family gatherings with over 4000 SQ FT living space, Vaulted ceiling with SKY lights, Open kitchen, Dinning to keep connected with rest of the family.

If you are looking to energize, reconnect with family and de-stress this is the place. Relax yourself in the KING Size master bedroom with a HUGE Sunken Jacuzzi. I wouldn’t be surprised, if you choose to just stay inside with everything that you have from humongous TV / Great room to large bedrooms.

As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and we do not host after prom or high school kids as per this new regulations. Everyone staying at the property must be of the same family, per the new law. Any group rental seeking to check in with guest under 21 years of age not belonging to the same family or bring / attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.

Great location

The house was in a great location, but the property was in pretty poor condition. The beds were terrible, which we think was a combination of mattress and bed frame. One bed was very badly broken and one side was so much lower than the other. There were broken kitchen drawers and cabinets, broken drawers in the refrigerator, chairs had springs falling out of them. There were no essentials such as hand towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. There were decent pillows and blankets and sheets. The AC was difficult to manage in the heat of the weekend, because of the presets and locks. Great communication with the owner with quick and detailed responses.

Very nice location

The location of this property is near perfect. 5 minutes to the beach top. The house is very big and can accomodate 14-16 persons easily. This is NOT a luxury house, you pay for proximity to the beach and huge living space.

Down the shore

Great house for a family reunion! The large living room was perfect for gathering everyone together. The lower unit was good for the younger family with kids, so they could nap and sleep without any disturbance. Location was great and parking was no problem… right out front. Would suggest a few more dishes and cutlery in kitchen, but we managed fine. Would definitely return for next reunion!

Amazing property and awesome host!

This property was perhaps one of the best ones I have booked. The house itself is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate many people. It’s also very close to the shore with a beautiful beach and a good price. The owner of this property, Kishore, was very understanding and ensured that we had a proper stay with no problems. I would definitely recommend this property for people with large groups.

Amazing trip amazing property

Kishore is an incredible host. He made sure our every need was met. The house is great and was a 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Will 100% stay here again in the future

Huge space in a great location

Overall the property was a very nice stay. The host was very communicative and present (if initially very hesitant to rent the space, involving a lot of back and forth about our party before agreeing to rent even though we fully met the listing). The space was massive, it is two blocks from the beach, and there was lots of good common space for socializing outside of the bedrooms. The third unit is also not currently complete although it hopefully will be soon, so the listing was not accurate to the full space in terms of number of beds (14 listed, 11 available currently). Also the post lists the linen service as optional, but we were informed after booking that it is a compulsory service, so be aware of that. The stairs are also very steep and carpeted if you have accessibility concerns, but not an issue otherwise. Overall a very nice space in a great location with lots of room, looking forward to returning!!
