LOCATION! Charming beach cottage in the heart of Atlantic Beach. Sit on the front porch and rock along with the ocean breeze as you look at the ocean and breath in the salt air! This home features a first floor master, formal living areas, pine floors, tile, updated downstairs bath with tile shower, updated kitchen with pantry, granite, and stainless appliances, large dining room surround by windows and great views of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms and front porch. Nicely sized yard for the beach, fenced and private, with outdoor shower, patio, storage and garage with half bath. This home is a very short walk to the ocean and Atlantic Beach Circle. This is the perfect home for a family getaway! Minimum Renter age is 25.

The house was awesome and the location to the beach was excellent. Everything we needed was provided above and beyond. We will be back in the future.

Close to Beach, Nice House

The house was very close to the beach. Walking distance, which was great! The neighborhood felt safe and was walking distance to a few shops, restaurants and a coffee place with doughnuts. We recommend the burgers at the Biergarten, coffee at the doughnut shop, crystal coast brewery and pizza from Ionni’s Grill. The house felt very clean and decor beachy. It is a good house for a large family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. We had 3 suvs and there was plenty of room to park them all. There are two thermostats and two ac units so the upstairs was perfect temperature even though it was scorching hot outside. We had one little issue with the front door lock, but the host was able to provide guidance on battery replacement very quickly. He was always responsive! A few things to note as we are used to fully stocked houses. Others staying will need to bring shampoo/conditioner, hand soap and dish soap (we left the hand and dish soap behind so the next group could use them) paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels and laundry detergent. This was fine for us since we drove in, but for flyers you may need to account for that in luggage. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. If you decide to picnic on the beach you may need to bring some plastic containers. Overall a great stay. We’d recommend this house to others.

Good Location

House was walking distance to almost anything you want. Right near a beach access too. House is clean and there is plenty of room to eat and cook. Main concern is inaccurate description on bathrooms, the outdoor shower doesn’t have a shower head, the upstairs isn’t for anyone tall. Unless you’re a child you can’t use the mirror in the bathroom so plan accordingly. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.

A day at the beach!

Great location with easy access to beach! Huge dining table was great for eating and playing games! Loved the sea breeze while sitting on rocking chairs on porch. The only thing I would “complain’ about was 4 pm check in and 10 am check out. Was quite a bit of money for essentially 1.5 day of occupancy and very difficult to eat, get everything cleaned up, trash emptied, suitcases packed etc to be out by 10am checkout especially since we were there for an evening wedding snd got back to the house late the evening before.

The extra long dining table is a natural gathering place in this classic and storied beach house

Stayed here for our first family vacation post-pandemic and it was just the medicine we all needed. Sits one block off the beach but easily walkable in 1-2 minutes and our youngest generation (toddlers) had no trouble walking to the beach using the Beaufort road access point. This also led to the quieter portion of the beach and we appreciated that. The house has an elector which we didn’t anticipate needing but then one of our party was on crutches and the elevator made life so easy for her. House is very comfortable, roomy, but has lots of books and crannies for a little quiet time. There’s a very long dining table that we came to love, as it fit all of us for supper and games after. The only improvements that need doing are investing in some decent pillows, and bath and kitchen towels. For the price, the house is worth it but lacks that special attention to guests comfort that I would give a five-star review. Overall a gorgeous old house and we felt lucky to be there! Thank you for helping ease us out of the pandemic and find joy in gathering.

Location is fabulous

House was in great spot- easy walk to beach and restaurants. Major issue was listing said 3 full bathrooms- there were 2 inside the house- the 3rd BA was a 1/2 bath in outside garage that had a light with a short. Tended to go out when anyone was walking overhead. The remaining part of bath was outside shower that didn’t have enough water pressure to use.

This property worked really well for being close to the beach, The Tacklebox, Breakfast spots and that Fantastic Salt AIR! We really loved the long gathering table for dinner and the back deck! This worked well for us to eat together. Nice weekend getaway!

House was clean and presentable. Only problem was lamps and light bulbs. Circuit breaker had tripped, which had lights not working. Also, many light bulbs were missing in lamps. Ample supply of bulbs in house.

This property was perfect for a group of 7 of us who came down for a weekend for a wedding. The house was in a great proximity to everything we needed and had nearby beach access. The property was well equipped, checkin was easy, and host was responsive!

Great location!

This was the perfect location for our family to stay while at Atlantic Beach! It’s about a 5 min walk from the front door to the beach. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, very close to the downtown area…you can walk and get dinner or dessert! The beach was nice, not super crowded at all, lifeguards nearby. The house was clean and well taken care of. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more)!

Great house and location

My husband and I rented this house to celebrate my birthday and enjoy time with family and friends. Unfortunately, my husband ended up having to work during our planned dates. Jared was very helpful when my husband inquired about rescheduling. I ended up staying with our originally booked dates and enjoyed some quiet time in the house with the kids. The house is a great location and I felt safe staying alone until my husband came. Easy walk to the beach and places to eat. It ended up pouring rain the entire week and we enjoyed having the covered front porch on rainy afternoons. Very cozy and has everything you need!

Great Beach Cottage

We had a fabulous stay in this wonderful beach cottage! There was plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Super clean when we arrived and had all the amenities we needed for a week at the beach. Close to the circle, restaurants and a short 10 minute walk to the beach! You could here the ocean all day long while rocking on the front porch...very relaxing vacation. Definitely would recommend!

Great location and home!

This was our first family vacation since my brother passed in January so it held so many different emotions planning and being in the home. We could not have asked for a better proximity to the beach and view of the 4th of July fireworks. The owner was fantastic and emailed us back immediately with any questions or concerns. The neighbors are super kind as well. The only point of concern would be the bar in rhe circle, they actually were not as loud on the holiday weekend but it was super loud the Friday night we left but there is nothing you can do about that! Overall so happy we choose this place!

Very nice home not to far from ocean , friendly neighbors. The home had plenty of room for all my family. It was clean and nice , private back yard. Had everything we needed .
