Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Great location and great house

House was as advertised, great location. Ski in ski out is readily doable. If you’ve stayed on Woodside avenue before, this house avoids all stairs to the slopes. Biggest issue is that Quitin’ Time is a steep intermediate slope and is potentially quite difficult for beginner skiers. This is the only trail that really gets to the house although one day we missed the turn, and took Kings Crown toward Town Lifts and before we turned the last turn to Town lift walked uphill about 50 yards to the house. The kitchen supplies need updated and ensure that there is as many of each item as the house can sleep, however, we ran the dishwasher often and made it work no problem. Overall a quite comfortable house in a great location. Avant- Stay is a very communicative management company and was easily reachable whenever needed. Access to ski in/out is through a bedroom so you will need to plan for one bedroom having wet carpet at the end of the day but again - we made it work and were not disappointed with our stay.

Thanksgiving and early season skiing

The location was very convenient and the house fit what we were looking achieve. We did want to use the gas grill however it was not operable. We enjoyed our stay but would have liked to know that construction was happening on either side of the location prior to arrival.

Girls Weekend in Park City

Our group of four friends had a lovely stay at this property in Park City. The location was perfect for getting to all the fun on Main Street. The home was very clean and just a tiny bit dated. The property manager was very responsive when the fridge had a small leak. I would highly recommend this property and this management company!

House was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and did the trick. They just demo’d the neighboring unit so we heard some construction but they politely didn’t start until mid day. Overall I would recommend the house and happily stay again.

This house was in the most prefect location for downtown access and views from the front porch were stunning and the occasionally a thunderstorm would roll in and that was wonderful to watch from the porch.

A+, Excellent Property in Great Location!

Excellent property with perfect location. Ski-in/Ski-out with easy walk to Main Street. House was great for 7 adults and 2 kids. What a view! Pros - clean, good beds, good communication, well supplied kitchen, excellent gas fireplace, easy to use door locks, good parking for 2 vehicles. Areas for improvement - some glasses were dirty in the cabinet, no storage in 3rd floor bathroom, some hot tub jets did not work, kitchen trash can too small, dryer did not get hot. Overall - loved the place and will stay there again. Highly recommended for skiers!

Clean, awesome location

This house was perfect for our family of four! Clean, good beds, gas fireplace, gas stove, French doors that allow fresh air to come in, plenty of towels, hot showers, jacuzzi tub is a must after day of skiing, there’s a garage for the car and best of all stairs right outside the door to walk to Main Street! This house gave me a retro feel and nostalgic for my grandparents home in WI while I was growing up. I loved this home and my family loved staying here. We would stay here again.

Old and showers not functioning

An hour before our stay we received a note that one shower was out of order. One of the other “working” showers wouldn’t drain. A repair person had to come while we were staying. The house is very tired. The location is great.

The property manager does a great job of making sure the place is well stocked. There was a nice gift basket when we arrived, everything was in order and clean, and the stay was great. Avant takes care of all of the little things which makes for a very easy experience.
