This is a wonderful, family-friendly ranch-style home in a great location in the downtown Frankfort residential area! Gorgeous home that has been recently renovated! Features great use of technology with central air conditioning, exceptional 400 Mbps Wi-Fi, and digital streaming with Hulu, PureFlix, Netflix, Max, and Disney+ all included across 3 televisions. Includes a game / entertainment room plus a washer and dryer in the basement!

We check-in guests in-person and then leave them alone, but we are readily available to come by and address any issues.

The house is set in the middle of Frankfort's very cute and charming downtown residential area. It's only a couple blocks from downtown Frankfort and a very easy walk to shops, restaurants, and cafes. Frankfort Beach and Lake Michigan is only 0.6 miles from the house, which works out to about a nice 10 to 15 minute walk from the house.

Outside of Frankfort, Crystal Lake is just 10 minutes away, the start of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is only a 20-minute drive from the house, and downtown Traverse City with it's shops, restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife is only a 1-hour drive away!

This is a one-story home that is loving named after the owners' granddaughter. All 3 bedrooms and both full bathrooms are located on the main floor! In the partially-finished basement, there is a entertainment / game / kids room as well as a washer and dryer that is available for guests to use.

Outside, the house has a nice large deck with a new gas grill and nice new bonfire ring for great family bonfires with s'mores!

It is recommended that guests have their own vehicle, but it's very possible to get by without a vehicle if you wish to stay right in Frankfort the entire time.
