Sadly, it came up short
Listing is accurate and the property is clean and well stocked.Upon arrival at 5PM the beds did not have sheets on them and there were no towels. The property manager assured us that they would handle it while we were at dinner. When we came home at 9:00PM, nothing had been done. We contacted the night manager who quickly sent over someone with 4 towels and one sheet. We had 4 beds that needed duvet covers, sheets, and pillow cases. He came back with the rest of the things we needed. He did offer to make the beds, but we were frustrated and decided to just quickly do it ourselves so that our children could finally go to sleep.The upstairs bathroom was unusable due to a sewage smell, so the 4 of us used the toilet and shower in the bedroom downstairs. Be aware that the doors on that bedroom and the bathroom do not completely shut.These issues are listed under VRBO messaging if someone would like to review. I asked multiple times if management was going to contact me, and if there would be any compensation due to the issues, but was told I could go by and speak with someone at the office during open hours. We were on vacation and busy during the day so that wasn't an option. I never received any response to the question of compensation.
