When it comes to downtime in between excursions to the beach, the full kitchen awaits with a spacious island, bar seating, stainless steel appliances, and all of the utensils needed to whip up anything from a poolside snack to a gourmet meal. Step out to the back deck and fire up the gas grill for cookouts in the fresh air. Not to mention, three children's bikes are provided, so the little ones can get their wiggles out by cruising around the quiet neighborhood in the sunshine. Plus, when everyone wants to settle down, the high-speed WiFi and multiple flatscreen TVs will provide each guest will more than enough entertainment as the stars come out.

The layout of this home is unique in all of the best ways, as three bedrooms await on the main floor while the main bedroom takes up the entire second floor! Plus, the main bedroom boasts a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bath complete with a deep soaking tub.

For a bit more adventure, rent kayaks and bikes right across the street from the subdivision and make the most of warm days. Plus, you are just one mile to Lost key Club with an 18-hole Arnold Palmer golf course.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
