It's ideally located just a stone's throw from Aber Benoit and close to the sea. You can enjoy morning walks along the Aber or on the beach, swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Iroise Sea or simply relax and listen to the soothing sound of the waves.

This house has just been delivered and is ready to welcome its first guests.
It features a welcoming living room with its charming view of the Aber Benoit, perfect for relaxing after a sunny day on the beach. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, allowing you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy together.
An elegant and comfortable master suite, for absolute privacy, is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find a large mezzanine with a study area and sea views, leading to the bathroom, as well as two spacious bedrooms, offering plenty of room for the whole family or a group of friends. Outside, there's a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, where you can soak up the sun, enjoy meals al fresco or simply relax with a refreshing drink.

The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Hotel-quality bed and bathroom linen (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a small welcome hamper made from 100% local produce, a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on things to do and places to visit!

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist spots in the Pays des Abers and Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès or the Musée de la Marine in Brest.
