The accommodations were as expected: Cozy, Clean and Convenient to shopping. Also, the convenience of the main roads nearby was a plus. And, the host could not have been more gracious.I was looking for an affordable place to stay, so that I could attend and celebrate my niece's College graduation.I'm happy to say that this place checked off all the boxes. Except for the fact that I was travelling alone (and, as convenient and affordable as this place was), I didn't feel quite safe. Maybe because it was a little off the beaten path...dirt road, and kinda in the woods? I felt the need to return and get back inside before it got dark, so I had to intentionally cut my evenings short. This review is in no way a negative remark or attack on the host or the clean property. This review is coming from a 60-plus-year-old woman who felt the need for a little more assurance regarding safety in the surrounding area.I wasn't comfortable that there were camping trailers, as there appeared to be a campsite area just to the left of the house.Perhaps that should have made me feel safer, but it didn't.Again, if you are travelling with a companion, or are braver and younger, then this place is PERFECT!I would certainly choose to stay again, but next time I will bring extra security with me...like a bar or a stick, to secure the sliding door off of the living room..
