This spectacular 2 bedroom 2 bath resort that sleeps six, located on a quiet street in the Times Square area of Fort Myers Beach offers you a luxurious vacation.

This canal front, heated pool home offers every amenity for your carefree vacation, just bring your toothbrush and flip flops. Located 900 feet from the beach, just around the corner from Margaritaville and the reopened restaurants offering live entertainment.

MERMAID will wow you with its spacious accommodations. For early risers enjoy coffee on the rear balcony while watching Dolphins hunt for their breakfast. For those who enjoy late afternoon sunsetting, you have a reserved spot on the front balcony. Your beach cart is loaded with beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a cooler for enjoying the beach. You can spend the day relaxing in the pool and spa, enjoy an afternoon barbecue, fish off the dock or just take a nap. MERMAID at the Beach House is the place for comfort and relaxation.

Couldn’t have been better!
We loved The Mermaid! The perfect accommodations, pool, hot tub, canal, one block walk to the beach and two blocks to Time Square….I could go on and on! Every morning we woke up thinking this place must be a dream. Sharing the pool and hot tub wasn’t a problem at all with the other guests in the lower level. There was everything we could have possibly needed for our ten day stay!! Tamara, you and your husband were the perfect hosts. We will be talking about this trip for a long time!!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful Mermaid.

Ft. Myers Beach fabulous!
We had an awesome 2 plus week vacation at this wonderful home. The location was amazing! 4 minute walk to the beach and all of the shops, restaurants and bars! Getting to the beach was so simple with the umbrellas, wagons, beach chairs and towels that were all available to use. The beds were comfortable, kitchen spacious with all the cookware etc that you would need to prepare a nice meal. Let’s talk about the outside! Two beautiful decks, especially the back with its Lovely view of the waterway and the boats and occasional dolphin swimming by. The pool, hot tub and grill were very nice. So many different seating options around the pool, plenty of room for sharing with the downstairs neighbor. We really enjoyed playing games at the large table on the back deck then moving to the comfortable seating area to relax with cocktail. Nothing at all but nice things to say about this home and the owners !!

Great vacation house. Plenty of room, nicely furnished, and well stocked. The pool and pier are very nice. We relaxed at the pool almost as much as the beach. Great location-walking to the beach and the restaurants/shops was very easy. Loved the house.

Perfect House, Perfect Location
I’ve been renting property and staying in hotels it seems like forever, my oldest of 4 is 28 and we’ve travelled for years for sports/business/leisure and I can honestly say this is one of my favorite homes. Everything was thought of and easy to find. It’s a perfect size for 4 but can easily accommodate more. It’s extremely roomy and well appointed/decorated. The pool was a little on the warm side but I think this is normal for Florida. There is a downstairs, separate accommodation which is a 2 bed 1 bath, which can be reserved for larger groups. The house sits right on its own dock and a short 5 minute walk to everything, beach, restaurants and shops, yet the area isn’t loud or overpopulated. Just perfect!

Absolutely amazing property! We barely left the house because our back yard was so beautiful and relaxing. Just a short walk to beach and the Town Square. Beautifully decorated!

Awesome experience!
The stay was all we expected and our hosts thought of everything. They had water for us upon arrival, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want to. The property is beautiful. on the water, nice pool and hottub. seperate beach towels were great to have. Comfortable pillows and beds, which is very important to us. Living area is spacious, and nicely decorated...the whole atmosphere is relaxed and comfy. Nice beachy vibe. Plenty of towels and spacious bedrooms. 2nd bath nicer than master, but can use either, so no problem. Chanels on tv were limited and hard to navigate (matters to kids mostly). Our hosts were attentive and very helpful. They left us all of the information we requested about activities in the area. Great visit. Highly recommend!

Perfection!
This property is the perfect place for vacationing at Fort Myers Beach! The location is perfect...close to all the action, yet serene and quiet. You can walk everywhere! This home is beautiful with all the amenities! The pool, spa, decks and patios were perfect for mornings and evenings for our family! We had never been to this area before and our stay at this property was more than we could have ever asked for! We’ll be back. Not just to the area ... but to this home! The owners were amazing to work with! ... again... perfect!
