With two full beds and a sleeper sofa, there are plenty of sleeping options.  Our end unit offers great natural lighting and flat screen TVs throughout.  There is a full upgraded kitchen with stainless steel stove and granite countertops, and it is fully appointed for cooking meals in the comfort of your home.

Guest Access:
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
-Check in is 4pm. Check out is 10 am. (Early Check-In/Late Check Out Unavailable)
-Minimum renter age is 25, proof of age required. GUEST AGE 25 OR OLDER MUST BE STAYING ON PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.
-Non-smoking Property
-Pool closes in the winter at HOA's discretion, normally between November 1st-April 1st
-No Pets Allowed
-Laundry room provided on first floor.
-Motorcycles and golf carts permitted, no trailers.
-Check in information will arrive 3 days before check in
-One parking pass will be provided, no additional passes are permitted.
-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
-Daily housekeeping unavailable.
-Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

Policies:
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

Located just across the street from the ocean and right in North Myrtle Beach, enjoy a wonderful central location near hundreds of restaurants from classic calabash seafood, to Italian, Mexican, Greek, American Pub, Internation fare, and everything from casual waterfront eats to fine dining at your fingertips! There is truly something for everyone.  World class golf courses are also nearby, along with new shopping, boutiques, family entertainment such as putt-putt, watersports, arcades, ice cream parlours, and more!  There are beach clubs and restaurants/bars with live music in season for even more entertainment nearby.  All is just a few minutes away, with free parking, and Uber/Lyft are readily available, quick to arrive, and affordable!

The Carolina Blue resort is in a perfect location in the iconic Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach and just minutes from all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer.  Carolina Blue offers an outdoor pool and a grill for cooking that perfect cheeseburger in paradise.  There is convenient direct beach access right across the street, which opens onto a stunningly gorgeous stretch of beach.  This is one of the most sought after areas in town for its central location and beautiful beach just steps away.  The combination of outdoor pool and beach makes our home a water lover’s paradise.

Getting Around:
Top rated location and free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.
