Historic 2 Bedroom Downtown Apartment

This is an older home. It was built in 1925 and has been though 100s of hurricanes. Prior to our purchase this historic home was split into 3 apartments (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs). We have recently remodeled the upstairs and turned into a short term rental unit. The floors are refinished and original so they are not perfect. After 100 years houses settle so they can be uneven in places. Again this is an old home, If you are looking for perfect this home this is not for you. If you are looking for a great deal with historic charm located in the heart of downtown Pensacola then you found it!

It has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. One bathroom with a stand-up shower and a full Kitchen for you to enjoy.
Two TV’s, smart TVs only with Roku and Samsung apps. Enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc…. Cable is not provided, but high speed wireless internet is. Downstairs are 2 apartments one long term renter and one another short term rental. Remember this house is old so floors are a little thin, you may hear them a little and they may hear you! Please just be a respectful neighbor during your stay!!!! No parties please. No loud music, tv, yelling past 10pm.
This unit has a private outdoor balcony with a table and chairs set up for you to enjoy Pensacola sunrises and sets!!!!!

Great location, clean property

Historic house with beautifully refinished hardwood floors. Fully functional kitchen. Unlike what the description suggested, you couldn't really hear the other renters, it was nice and quiet. House is in very good shape. For an exceptionally good coffee, go across the street to the coffee shop in the library.

Overall, my best friend and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Great location to get to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, farmer’s market, etc. I’d rate the apartment itself as a 4/5!! The reason I give it 3/5 overall is because of safety. The front porch light did not work and thus, left the entry completely dark and felt unsafe. There was also poor security lighting in the parking in the back. And the motion sensing lights for the driveway took a lot to trigger the sensor. As two young women staying there, I wish it had felt more secure.

Good place to stay.

Had a good time. Apartment was sufficient for 3 people. Only one spare roll of toilet paper and 1 trashbag was not sufficient. Otherwise good.

It was a cute little place. Very old with history. I’ll start with the positives, it was clean, had great lighting, the kitchen was well stocked, quite & cozy. The negative was we stayed 7 full days and only got a total of 10 towels, so we had to reuse a lot. I don’t know about y’all, but after swimming in the ocean everyday, you want another shower before getting in bed. So that was aggravating! Could have had more than 1 trash bag for a weeks stay. I ended up going & buying detergent & washing towels/wash rags myself. I’ve never stayed anywhere but a hotel until now, so not being able to buzz up fresh towels was my biggest thing. 3 star!

Perfect location!

Kyle and Melisa are great hosts! When we arrived we were disappointed because the condo wasn't really clean. So we reached out to Kyle and he took care about it right away. After a second round of cleaning it was way better. We didn't liked the mattress, the kitchen wasn't equipped as we thought, the bathroom is really tight. Overall, the apartment was okay but we would like to point out the hospitality of Kyle and Melisa. The communication was great and they were accommodating all the time. As mentioned above the cleanliness wasn't satisfying for us (but maybe we are a bit picky). Parking isn't a problem. The location of the condo is perfect - you can walk to downtown within a couple of minutes.

Exactly as described!

The host did a great job providing an accurate depiction of the property and providing check-in and check out details. The property was clean and looked like the pictures. Great space for a few adults or a small family who plans to spend most of their time at the beach or site seeing anyway.

This property is walking distance to downtown which is very nice. The apartment was very clean. The house is old so the air condition didn’t get as cold as it should have but it wasn’t hot by any means. That’s the only thing I had an issue with. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family getaway

This was a perfect place for a family wanting to get away for a few days. Far enough from the busiest parts of Pensacola but close enough to get to where you need to go easily. The place has a lot of charm and I enjoyed it very much.

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend in Pensacola. It was a perfect location to walk to downtown and not to far of a drive to the beach. The property was clean. Check in and out was easy.

Clean cute upstairs loft close to downtown

This was a very clean cute property or upstairs loft very very close to downtown Pensacola! We absolutely loved it, it wasn’t super updated but it was wonderful for what we were there for and the location is super helpful less then 5 mins to downtown and maybe 5-10 minutes away from the bridge to go to the beach! Loved it!

Perfect Spot in Downtown Pensacola

The location of this property was perfect for walking to the nightlife and restaurants of Pensacola. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms that had good mattresses. I liked that every room had a large mirror so we didn't have to do our makeup in the bathroom. The shower was nice and large. The ability to park off the street was nice too!

If your good with stairs this was a great property. Loved the area it was in. Very close to Seville Quarter and downtown shopping and restaurants. Would recommend and would rent again. Also liked that I could rent for two nights. A lot of properties require longer stays. This was perfect for a weekend getaway...

Hi my name is Kyle. My husband and I purchased this property in the historic district of downtown pensacola. We privately manage it and live just blocks away ourselves. We have been slowly remodeling the entire place, starting with the inside!!!!! Outside we have put up a brand new privacy fence and shortly (by October 1, 2021) there will be a brand new tin roof making those rain storms cozy and relaxing. Recent hurricane activity has slowed progress down, but rest assured your rented space is safe, dry, cozy and clean.
