They should’ve posted a picture of the outside of it. The Property is a multi unit property not a single dwelling. it seems like a rental, not a vacation rental.

Stay at your own risk

Multiple things wrong. 1.The 2nd bedroom does not have a closet, therefore, not a bedroom. 2. The downstairs shower did not drain, ankle deep in water, contacted the owner and crickets. (no response) 3. The combo washer/ dryer in the upstairs bathroom, did not work (error message), contacted the owner, crickets. (no response). 4. Broken shelf in upstairs bedroom - only 3 hangers available. 5. No place to sit outside - the yard is a bit of a dump and the neighborhood is not very nice. 6. Bed has 1 foam mattress - very uncomfortable to sleep on We left early - only could stand 7 days out of 14 and went someplace else. Contacted the owner - again crickets (no response). Do not stay here!

Nice place

Cons: 1. One room has no A/C you’d have to leave the door open to get cold air. 2. There is a strong marijuana smell inside. 3. The cleanliness in the rooms could be better. Pros: 1. Good location close to everything. 2. Nice and remodeled inside. 3. Tv’s everywhere. 4. A/C in most places.

Good for the price

Pros: Updated property, was decently cleaned and good communication with the the manager. Cons: The neighborhood it’s not bad but not the prettiest, would’ve been nice to have more large towels and the garbage outside smelled.

Other than an odor in the downstairs bathroom it was an enjoyable stay.

Eugene was easy to work with. The stay was nice and comfortable.

Great Place!

I was skeptical of renting based off of the reviews, however, this place was great! I’m not sure where the bad reviews are coming from because this house was everything we could’ve asked for. Good location to downtown and safe area. No bad smell or concern of bugs like reviews state. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in sarasota!

It sucked.

There was fleas and hair in the beds. The kitchen sink was backed up. Grass was grown really high. No smoke detectors. He doesn't respond. We didn't sleep there had to sleep at Walmart parking lot until we could find somewhere else to stay. He wouldn't even refund half our money and we didn't even stay in the 1 hour. DON'T RENT FROM HIM!!!!

Acceptable apartament.

The apartment is good but have a lot of bee on the roof and is evident the problem with bathrooms tube. smell all house. Is modern inside and have a central location.

My experience

Firstly, I know exactly why they don’t show any outdoor pics. The outdoor of this house is very awful, and I would suggest that the trash should be either moved to back of property or at least emptied before next guest. As soon as we entered there was just the worst stench from the trash. Also I have never stayed at a property that had no paper towel for guests to use. There was no remote for ac unit in loft area and there was no ac unit in second bedroom. There is a major leak under kitchen sink that leaks into the kitchen. The tv in the living room doesn’t work. Walk with your own towels, as the towels provided are very thin. There are a lot of ants in kitchen around sink area, and we had to kill 2 huge roaches in the upstairs bathroom. Lastly, and very important the property manager is awful at communicating. I messaged him to ask where is the ac unit remote and I checked out hours ago and well still no response. The ONLY reason I am not giving this property 1 star is because the bathrooms are remodeled very nicely as well as the mattresses were very comfortable.

Short stay

There was a horrible odor around the dining room. The towels and linens looked old, stain and not of good quality. The fitted and over sheet were of two different colors. The neighborhood looked unkept with many abandoned homes. There were exposed electrical wires in the bedroom. Bathrooms looked renovated with nice showers. Decoration in the bathroom was a mix match. Kitchen looks recently renovated. Well equipped with nice appliances.
