Be prepared to clean
Upon arrival to the condo we immediately noticed the amount of sand that was accumulated on the floor. Left over food (Cheerios) around the sofa, food wrappers under the bed, and thick dust settled on the blinds. My son had a nose bleed on the way down and so I had immediately went to the washer to find it was full of soured linens and a dryer full of linens, so we were not able to use the washer/dryer. Bed linens were dirty ‘ towels that were provided on top of the bed were dingy and stained. Let’s just say every day we would find something that needed to cleaned. My son has asthma so the severity of the dust and filthiness were a huge factor for us. Dishes were filthy & had food stuck to almost all the bowls and silverware. We did reach out to management and they were quick to respond. Rosa was great to deal with. However, the one vacation we get a year & it felt more like a chore than a vacation. After the twenty years of us visiting Fripp I never have had this experience. I will definitely not be back nor will I rent through a management company who doesn’t value their guests. The amount of money you invest to have a good vacation and stay at a luxury resort you should
NOT have to come clean and be scared of what “mess” you will find next.
