The dining room and kitchen have both been lovingly updated and remodeled - opening up the area and providing more light. The kitchen has a new storage island stocked with all of the amenities you'd expect. Both bedrooms are just down a central hallway and each is fully carpeted. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and television. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and television.

Just steps outside the kitchen and master bedroom is a wonderful patio that beckons your attention. Relax after a great game of golf with awesome fairway views of the Sea Palms Golf Course. There is a community pool located in the Linkside Homes neighborhood.

Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starting Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
