THE SPACE
Ocean’s Edge 4A is spacious and beautifully decorated in a coastal appeal with a large sofa, love-seat and oversized chair combo, natural hardwood tables, soft earthy toned rug and pillow accents, and a 50” Smart TV to stream your favorite shows and movies. The dining room has a large dining table with 6 dining chairs. The kitchen has beautiful mahogany cabinetry with natural stone countertops, wooden bar stools for extra seating, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to create a culinary delight. There is a sliding glass wall system along the perimeter of the living and dining area that faces the Caribbean for the most impressive views throughout!!

A large, beautifully outfitted master bedroom sits just off the kitchen with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath with a shower and double sink vanity. The other two beautifully appointed guest bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms with showers, both King bedrooms.

**All rooms are air-conditioned.

LOCATION
This great location is not only in the coveted “safest area of Ambergris Caye,” but is also only a short drive from all of the great restaurants, shopping, and fun beach bars San Pedro has to offer. The charming town of San Pedro, as well as many fun locations (such as Secret Beach) north of town, are a lot of fun to explore. This condo is professionally managed and you will have access to a professional and attentive team for help with things such as: golf cart rentals, transfer flights, water taxi information, shuttle to/from island air or water terminals, grocery provisioning, tours and activities, restaurant reservations, private chef services, “what to see in San Pedro,” and much, much more.

In addition to the rental rate, there is a $200 USD cleaning fee (plus tax). This is for your arrival/departure clean plus one mid-stay cleaning visit. You may purchase additional days of housekeeping, if desired.

THE SITE
Ocean's Edge has a large beach with a seawall, a shared pier for swimming, lounging, and access to tour boats, plenty of beach loungers, two palapas for shade, hammocks, and free access to kayaks and paddle boards. The pool is fresh water with plenty of loungers on the pool deck + a guest access bathroom. There is golf cart parking on the street-side of the complex and an elevator for floors 2-5.

Ambergris Caye with couples

The condo was great! Very clean and peaceful. It was right on the beach which was awesome! The only negative was it was a ways from San Pedro by golf cart and the roads aren’t very good. Ester the property manager was excellent!! She arranged our golf cart and sunset cruise and was available whenever we had questions. The paddle boards and kayaks were nice to have whenever we wanted.

Our stay was great! All of the staff was wonderful! Ester took great care of us and booked everything . Wilber was awesome as was Carlos. Everything was exactly as stated. Property is beautiful as is the view! Golf cart rides to town were an adventure. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Getaway

We have traveled all over the Caribbean with our friends, and this is one of our favorites. It is great for three couples or a family. There is a small grocery store down the street and a fun bar and grill across the street with great food and unique drinks. Ester and the staff got us checked in, helped us book excursions, and the service was second to none. The property was clean and updated with three spacious bedrooms and a large, functional gourmet kitchen. And the views are spectacular! We will be back, and we highly recommend this VRBO property.

Highly recommend this location!!!

The condo was perfect for 3 couples. Each bedroom was large with an en-suite. The community area was large and comfortable. The beach area was awesome with chaise lounges hammocks kayaks SUPs and a pool! A very short ride to Hol Chan made for some amazing excursions!! Ester was unbelievable and met all our needs. Wilbur and the other building folks kept the place clean and in good repair. Will recommend to everyone!!

Beautiful place

Oceans edge was lovely. It was clean, staff checked in on us. Building was good. Little things here and there but overall very nice, clean serene place. Only thing..it's far away from main area. Needed golf cart to get into town some 20 minutes away. Had to rush back so night fall wouldn't catch us. Roads are dark after few miles. Great get away for couple who plan to stay close to home. To get to Belize city, water taxi will cost you $45-55 dollars round trip each time. To book tours for the ruins, we needed to catch water taxi to city every time. WiFi didn't work in front bedrooms. Need extender. Other than that it was a nice place to rest and get away.

Property was Gorgeous

It was in the southern most tip. It will take 10-15 by golf cart to get into town. You have to go by a dumping area that is pretty yucky to get to the property. We had a problem with Wi-Fi when we checked in and they moved us to a different unit which was just as gorgeous. The views were stunning. The staff was amazing! The biting flies were terrible after 6 pm! No amount of bug spray can help the problem. The dock was fantastic and we hired a boat to taking us fishing for the day and they were able to pick us up off our dock!!!! Very helpful! The staff were able to get us everything we wanted of need and were amazing!!! I would for sure stay there again!!!

Beautiful place!

We were a group of 4 ladies celebrating our 65 birthdays and had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful. The location is quite south so expect a bit of a drive I to town but it is worth it for the peaceful atmosphere. The property manager was exceptional. She helped us every step of the way. We could not have asked for better service. Everyone was so very polite, friendly and accommodating. A few suggestions for the property owner would be to have more wine glasses, there were only 2, some ceiling fans on the porch, an extender for the Wi-Fi as internet is rarely available in the back bedrooms and a few throws for the living area,

Fantastic property with even better hosts

Recently stayed at the property with a friend and our two daughters. The condo was well equipped and the facility was clean and quiet. The care taker, Teddy, was very attentive, always making sure we were enjoying ourselves and our guardian angel when we have some golf cart problems. It’s a ways out of town, so the area is very quiet. There are a few area restaurants and bars, which make it easy to grab dinner around the condo without committing to going into town. It’s about 30 minutes from the airport, and about 1.5 hours from Secret Beach. Esther arranged outings for us that picked us up at the dock, making it very convenient and enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this property and hope to return soon.

Great Condo, Best Staff

My family of 5 (ages 16, 15, 11)had a great stay. Previously, We had stayed on this part of Ambergris Caye. We had an idea what to expect but we didn't expect to be blown away by the staff. Ester is the building manager and coordinates whatever you might. Ester booked tours, arranged our golf cart to be delivered, arranged transport and constantly checked us. She always had a smile and was an absolute delight. Teddy wears many hats and he makes sure the property is well maintained. He's always there with a helping hand. Both Ester and Teddy are reasons alone to return. That said, the condo pics are very accurate. The condo is very well maintained and clean. This condo is on the fourth floor and has a great view of the beach below and the dock. The beach has a ring toss and corn hole game that everyone loved. We can't wait to return again. Thanks again - Ester and Teddy.

The property is flawless. Cindy, our hostess with Pelican Reef, was completely accommodating. She even got a charcoal grill delivered to the property so we could cookout. I have stayed in this area before and the road was horrible. The road is now in great shape. We will definitely stay here again!
