ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:
PROFESSIONALLY DESIGNED KITCHEN accommodates all the chefs in your group. The kitchen is always a gathering place and with this open concept design everyone can join in. High end appliances and custom finishes add to the experience. Almost every kitchen gadget you can imagine is available for your use. Kitchen has oils, spices, seasonings, bakeware, cookware, high quality knives, and 30+ dish/utensils sets to make cooking for a large group a breeze. Large granite eating bar seats 6 comfortably and adjoining dining room table seats 10. Newer 6-burner gas cooktop, built in oven/microwave, wine and beer/beverage coolers, instant hot water dispenser, blender, Keurig coffee maker, coffee pot, crock-pot, insta-pot, Cuisinart and DUAL dishwashers also make clean up easy. Flooring in the kitchen and dining area is a gorgeous tumbled travertine.

BAR AREA located across from the kitchen features granite countertops and bottle storage. This space offers many options for you to make your favorite drink to aid in your relaxation. Featuring a wine cooler and also a separate beverage cooler, all of your libations can be chilled to the perfect temperature. Plentiful wine, champagne, and martini glass options are available... even plastic options for drinks on the go! For the beer lovers, steins and growlers are stocked and ready to visit your favorite brewery.

THE GREAT ROOM is the main focal point of this beautiful home. This room features vaulted, open beam ceilings that are cedar lined, as well as large windows to let in maximal natural light. Flooring is a beautiful distressed hardwood. This room is furnished with a large sectional sofa that seats 8 comfortably, as well as 3 swivel chairs. A large, natural 42” stone fireplace is welcoming on a chilly night. Newer 60" 4K LG, Smart TV is linked to a 5.1 theater quality full surround sound system so you can immerse yourself in your favorite movie. TV has built in app and streaming capabilities so you can catch your favorite sporting event or movie. Also present is a wireless connection for your phone or tablet to play your favorite music streaming service!

BONUS ROOM upstairs offers a welcoming, spacious, and warm area for games and movies. This added room is big enough for everyone or allows for small breakout groups. Newer 4K Smart LG TV with built in app/streaming capability is perfect to watch your favorite movies and programs. Enjoy pool on the slate 8' pool table. Room also has bistro table with bar stools, comfy sofas, Blu-Ray player, & XBOX 360.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOMS:
*Bedroom 1: off the entry, includes a King bed on main level with 42" Smart TV and Roku provided for streaming capabilities. Adjoining private bathroom features a large natural stone walk in shower and beautiful live edge granite counter top.

*Bedroom 2 (Master): includes King bed on main level with a newer 50" Vizio Smart TV with streaming capabilities. This room has direct access to patio, as well as hot tub area. Bathroom features double sinks set in a granite countertop, walk in closet, jetted tub, and large walk-in shower with multiple shower heads for ultimate relaxation.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS:
*Bedroom #3: features King bed with a newer 50" Vizio Smart TV for streaming capabilities. This room also has a private bathroom with shower, as well as dual sinks set in beautiful granite.

*Bedroom 4: features a Queen bed with a 42" Smart TV and Roku provided for streaming capabilities. Bathroom is private and features a walk-in shower and granite counter tops. This is the quietest room in the house.

*Bedroom 5: features 2 bunk beds with 4 twin beds, private bath with pedestal sink and includes a tub/shower combination for the kids.

*Bonus/game room has queen powered air mattress

OUTDOOR SPACE:
This home is located at the end of the street on a quiet cul-de-sac/loop on an oversized lot with tons of green space, this is amazing for the younger kids to ride bikes and play. We have a very large paved driveway that could easily accommodate 6-8 vehicles. Privacy at its best; no window looks into another property and every room has a window into natural beauty. There is a walking pathway immediately off the rear of the property line in the backyard connecting the beautiful 35 miles of paved bike/walking trails for easy access all year long. The location is also an easy 5 minute walk to the peaceful, Deschutes River and the Cardinal Landing Bridge. This is the only bridge going over the river in Sunriver going into the endless national forest lands with walking trails and Central Oregon MTB trail system consisting of over nine hundred miles of single track

The backyard and patio is the perfect place for outdoor relaxation, happy people watching as they stroll and ride down the pathways and some of the best stargazing in central Oregon. Large dining table, chairs, and umbrella provided make al fresco dining a popular choice! Other patio furniture includes lounge chairs for soaking up the sun and swivel chairs for reading your favorite book. There is also a spacious, high quality synthetic lawn with river rock border to allow for even more outdoor options.

BBQ is large, newer and professional grade. 6 burners for grilling and a sear/simmer burner make cooking for large groups easy. The BBQ is also covered so grilling is an easy option in any weather.

HOT TUB is also newer, spacious, and located behind a privacy wall. The hot tub features massaging jets, color changing lights, and a waterfall. A bistro table is also available so those who do not want to soak but can still join the group comfortably.
