The Space:
The house features a cozy living room with a natural gas fireplace for enjoying in the evening time. During the day there's a plethora of good-vibe natural light dancing off the walls to make everyone feel warm and welcome. This lovely living room atmosphere leads to a balcony with the best possible views one could possibly dream of- complete with a barbeque and dining table with ample seating. Near the balcony entrance, a charming love seat is positioned to create a reading chair area for cuddling up with a favorite book, or for simply enjoying the views. The indoor dining area and bar seating area serves to create an open concept space connecting the vaulted ceiling living room to a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee station & complimentary coffee as well (A drip coffee, as well as a Keurig machine, is provided). Behind the kitchen, you'll find a game room common space for everyone to enjoy. Inside you'll find a classic Pac-Man arcade game, Foosball game, and a 65 inch flat-screen TV with a comfortable sofa sleeper and double chair to enjoy the fun!

Headed downstairs you'll find a complimentary laundry station along with all three of the house's bedrooms, with the following layout:

Master Bedroom offers King bed with en-suite (private bathroom) and a TV
Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed with a TV
Bedroom 3 offers a Single bed and a Double bed.
Both upstairs common areas (living room + game room) offer Queen sofa sleepers.

We also have a pack n play for babies!

Located within walking distance to hiking trails, local shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and even one of the most popular vortex locations in Sedona on Airport Rd.

Perfect Location - Stunning Views

A beautiful Sedona property in the perfect location with absolutely stunning views! The home was spotless upon arrival, well-appointed, and easy to access, making for a seamless and stress-free stay. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. However, if you're counting on the pull-out couch as a bed, it’s not the most comfortable option as it needs repair. This home made for a fabulous time, and we'd stay again no doubt!!

Great Escape to Sedona

By far this is the best kept secret in Sedona. This location gives you a 5 star plus feeling that you would get at a top of the line resort. My family stayed here and we were absolutely amazed at the close proximity to everything and all that this beautiful home had to offer. They even provided snacks upon our arrival which was greatly appreciated after a long day. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

Breathtaking views!

We were looking for a relaxing getaway with gorgeous views to celebrate a 40th birthday. This was definitely it! Check-in/check-out was a breeze. When we walked up, we couldn’t believe this was where we were staying! The hot tub was perfect for night time wind down. HIGHLY recommend!

A Beautiful View

We spent a few days with our daughter, her husband and 6 grandkids. The Hot Tub was a big hit. We enjoyed our time close to shopping. The only issue was the pull-out couch which only worked for SMALL kids (which we had) an adult would fall through. It needs more support on the foot end. Except for that hiccup, it was WONDERFUL!

Went here for a girls trip with four other friends. It was a perfect location. Close to town and central to many hiking trails. All my friends were so impressed with how the property was. Everything was so clean. I would definitely stay here again. I want to come back with my husband and kids.

This house, and it is a house, not a condo, is just beautiful. The view was the most important aspect to me and my daughter. I would sit and look out while drinking tea in the mornings, head down to the hot tub, then go out hiking some where. It was quiet and very relaxing. Just what I wanted.

Beautiful Sedona!

Our stay was the beginning of November. The weather was perfect! Our second time back and this house was absolutely perfect! Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The home had everything we needed and lots of extras-toiletries, spices, cooking oils, even a basket of snacks which we used for our hikes. The location is great! Wonderful hiking and vistas five minutes up the road. Convenient to grocery stores and uptown dining. If you are traveling with children the game room would be a bonus! The views are hands down the absolute best! It was wonderful to wake up and have coffee and watch the sunrise. Cannot go wrong with this property!

Beautiful location with amazing views, but there is one safety concern.

During my stay at the property, I was pretty pleased with most aspects of it and would have given it a 5-star rating. However, there was a safety concern that needs to be addressed. The keyless door locks are outdated and need to be replaced. Unlike a smart keyless entry, the lock on the property requires manual disassembly to change the code, making it a difficult task. It would be ideal to have a smart lock with Bluetooth technology that allows for easy changing of the code between guests. We didn't feel safe knowing that previous guests could have access to the home with the existing lock. When I brought up this concern, I was told that "there are multi codes to the property," but I'm not sure what that meant regarding changing the code between guests. We had the same model of lock on our home that we converted to a vacation rental; we quickly replaced it with a smart lock for security reasons and our guest felt very secure!! $259 on Amazon fix. I should also note that my daughter woke up one night feeling frightened and thought someone was in the home, although it could have just been her imagination, it was near Halloween after all. Otherwise, the house was well-maintained, clean, and well-stocked with linens and towels. The kitchen only had four teaspoons, which required frequent washing but not a big deal. The home's rules were clearly laid out and the spa was enjoyable. We would consider staying again if the lock were replaced. Thank you!

Beautiful Sedona stay

Overall we were very pleased with our stay and enjoyed our Sedona visit. The house is thoughtfully appointed with beautiful views in a great location. Kitchen was well-equipped (other than a broken ice maker and no ice cube trays), there were plenty of linens/towels, and bedrooms were comfortable. Dining/living room seating for our 6 adults was great. On the down side the sleep sofas were not in good shape and the Wi-Fi was very weak. Hot tub was wonderful but unusable at night due to a lack of outdoor lighting.

What a wonderful home with breathtaking views. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee (provided) on the balcony. They have thought of everything!!! We didnt need it, but they provided a travel toothbrush and toothpaste. They had mini makeup towelettes. Seriously, they thought of everything! I spoke with Lori and she was wonderful. She responded quickly. She was as lovely as her home. Our family of 4 would highly recommend booking this home. We didnt have time to enjoy the hot tub or the BBQ, but plan on it for the next time. Great Space!

The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and flatware you could need. We loved the spacious layout, including the bonus game room with PacMan. We did lots of hiking, and came back to cook and relax and there was plenty of space for 6 of us to visit. It was so beautiful.

Location was Great

House is very clean and had all the things we needed. The balcony view is beautiful and location is close to everything. The linens, beds and towels were high end. The house is close to a major roadway, but inside the home was very quiet. You do not hear the traffic. The home is very cozy and welcoming. I would recommend this house again. Lovely stay for a girls weekend.

Family vacation

The house was so much more than expected. The views were so beautiful they did not look real. It was conveniently located for hiking, grocery shopping and close to downtown. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 10 adults. We did not feel crowded at all. On the last day we were very grateful for a late check out because we were headed to the Grand Canyon. Will definitely recommend and stay again!
