Spring break 2025

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was right on the beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and the sound of the waves from our deck. The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. We were able to make breakfast and lunch in the well equip kitchen. We would love to stay at this condo again in the future.

Perfect stay, nice condo, quiet location, secluded beach, lots of amazing seashells!

Condo: Very nice, clean and well maintained. Master bedroom and bathroom are very nice. Kitchen is big and well-equipped. View from the balcony is amazingLocation: Nice quiet location at the end of Treasure Island. not much activity / noise, which was perfect for us. But nothing within walking distance - no shops, restaurants etc. This location is good for a quiet vacation if you have a car. But it is not for you if you want hustle / bustle of a beach party or if you don't have a carBeach: The beach is at the end of Treasure Island and I guess only residents staying in Land's End Condos use this beach, so it is not crowded, which was very good. This beach had the BEST seashells ever! We found so many unbroken shells of all shapes and even sand dollars, which we have never seen anywhere beforePool: The community swimming pool was very nice. They said it was heated but it is debatable. Some days the water temp was good but some days it was cold. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was off due to aftermath of hurricanes.Hurricane damage: The condo did not have any damage from hurricanes. The balcony was nice and we sat there every evening. The community did show signs of hurricane damage. There was sand all over the lawns and even some roads which was not much of a bother to us. But the only thing we disliked is that they didn't restore the jacuzzi / hot tub to make it operational.Overall we highly recommend this community and this condo and will try to stay here again.

Great rental

This rental was clean, well maintained and very quiet. The grounds and pool were nice. Always loads of room on the beach. The walk way went right to the beach and the walk to it over the dunes was easy and quick! Over all a great rental for a quiet, relaxing stay.

Fantastic stay

Beautiful condo, comfortable,easy to relax here. Christine helped me with a few problems which she was extremely helpful and had it solved in a very rapid response. Beach was awesome , easy to get to which was very helpful for my husband who is legally blind. Wonderful vacation area, thank you Christine for all your help and having an excellent place to stay.

Most beautiful condo we've stayed it in all our years of VRBO

The condo is beautiful and clean. Plenty of towels and beach things (chairs and toys)- no wagon though which was fine. The walk is short from door to beach. The pool was quiet and awesome for the kids. The beach is gorgeous. The benefit of the end of the beach is that we saw manatees, dolphins, rays and tons of fish. This was our first place we stayed at that didnt coincidentally have left over spray oil, spices, etc but there was plenty of cookware. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great family beach vacation!

We have stayed at Lands End multiple times and is always a great place to enjoy the beach with great access. It is local to a lot of fun things to do. The condo had great amenities and well kept. Owners were easy to communicate with and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

Beautiful condo and location

This condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. The beach in front of Lands End is quiet and not as crowded as it is further north on Treasure Island. Communication with the owner was excellent! We hope to return again next year!

Best Location

Lands End was the best location anywhere up and down St. Petersburg from Clearwater down to St. Pete Beach because it was secluded at the southern tip of Treasure Island where outside crowds were limited from the beach location. We were there the first two weeks of July and the complex was MAYBE half full so there were minimal people around. The condo was clean as billed and very comfortable. We did need to buy a Swiffer to sweep the sand from the floor because the little broom in the closet did not get the job done. There was also a vacuum which we used to spruce up mid-stay. The condo was more expensive than many others because the area was upscale which was worth it to us. The view of the Gulf from the condo was fantastic. But, since it was upscale, nicer furniture at the pool was anticipated and the staff, while very friendly, could have done more to clean the tables and chairs. That was minor, though, because we really liked the complex. The men at the security gate were great and diligent about keeping the area secure. Avoid staying on the inlet unless you like hearing loud music from across the inlet from The Toasted Monkey most days and nights. We highly recommend Lands End and this condominium.

Vacation 2023

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. We enjoyed the beach and the pool every day. The beach was not crowded at all and the pool area was kept very clean. When we want to go back to this area we will definitely consider this condo again. When we had a problem with the coffeemaker I messaged the owners and they saw to that a new coffeemaker was delivered the next morning. Most likely we wouldn't find that kind of service in to many other places.

The view from the balcony each morning and evening was fantastic. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the proximity to walking paths made it easy to take morning and evening strolls. We definitely appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas and sand toys and would stay here again!

Fabulous location

This is our second time to Lands End but first time to Christine’s condo. It’s a super location with uninterrupted view of the ocean and and sunset right in front of you. The property was clean on arrival and included a few toilet rolls, dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs. The kitchen features really high end appliances, much better than what we have had in other US rentals. The allocated parking space is super convenient being located next to the elevator. The complex is quiet and condos well soundproofed which we appreciated. Christine’s communication was second to none. Probably the best I have ever had from any host. The only room for improvement would be the balcony furniture which is probably at the end of its life and we didn’t find comfortable. Other than that it’s a great place.

Great Experience!

Spoiler alert - this will be a very positive review. I’ll save a few nits for the end, but this was a great trip for us. Pre-arrival. Lots of tremendous communication from the owners. We felt super-prepared upon arrival. Lands End is a gated resort, and the gate staff was helpful both on the phone before arrival as well as when we pulled in. Even arriving late, they were ready for us and directed us accurately to our building and assigned parking spot. The unit has lots of updates. Kitchens and baths are consistent in both look and feel. Kitchen was fairly well stocked - plenty of plates and silverware. Equipment was about what you’d expect in a rental - functional but not high-end. There were a good amount of starter supplies - paper towels, toilet paper, wash pods for clothes & dishes, and trash bags. Hand and bath soap was also available. Two of us were there for a week and we never felt like we were going to run out of anything. The right-sized TVs all had instructions with them; the WiFi was good quality & easy to setup. The view. The unit faces directly west. Amazing views. The dunes are high enough that you can’t really see sand from the windows, but you know it’s there. We were always out at dinner for the sunsets, but the unit SHOULD be perfect for taking those in. The balcony is average sized and has plenty of space for four chairs and a small table. Probably not enough for more than two people to dine, but still very good. It’s accessible from both the living room and the master. The beach area was nice. It was easy to get to using the composite decking walkways from the resort There are a couple chairs provided in the unit. They did the job and the price was right. The resort is appropriately called Lands End, as you are at the southern end of Treasure Island. You get some walkers, but for the most part, the only people there in your area are also staying or living at Lands End. We didn’t use the pool or whirlpools, but we walked by them and they seemed well-cared for. Also of note is the grounds on Lands End. All the landscaping is kept up regularly, and is done well. Just because I never write a “perfect” review, here are two nits: the water pressure isn’t the best; I’m assuming the entire resort is that way; not terrible, just not as strong as we’d like. You also get some evening noise from the Toasted Monkey across the way, but it's not terrible. All negatives are minor; will be staying here again!

We are retired and live in Michigan. We visit Land's End 3 or 4 times a year to do deep cleaning and updating. We also spend time just enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

We wanted a condo directly on the gulf in a beautiful location. We drove the whole gulf coast looking for the perfect place. We discovered Land's End and knew we found paradise.

The condo is directly on the beach, so it only takes a few steps to get to the sand and water. The beach is 1/4 mile of nearly private, white sand. You can enjoy shelling, swimming, walking, or even fishing. There are gazebos around the property and a picnic area with grills.
