Great yard, observation deck overlooking lake, fire pit area, private boat dock (seasonally), hot tub patio, amazing sunsets & more..Newly furnished including bedding, mattresses & linens. Bathroom features new subway tile walk in shower “with a view”, spacious open floor plan, great front porch w/ outdoor furniture, outdoor dining & TV w/ views of Lake Blue Ridge. Kitchen offers updated stainless-steel appliances & is fully equipped. Each room features large flat screen TV, propane gas grill, outdoor TV on front porch overlooking the fire pit area & the lake. Terrace level features recreation/game room including ping pong table, dart board zone, hook & ring toss w/ LED fiber optic accent lighting depending on the mood. The “light show” can be entertainment enough. Additionally, outdoor horseshoe area & corn hole boards area available. Perfect Lake Vacation

Absolutely loved staying here. The access to the lake and toys (kayaks, paddle boards, canoes) was perfect, all right in the backyard. The dock was great and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great location.

Fabulous Stay!

We were here over 4th of July and had a fantastic stay! The cottage has a great layout, comfy beds, and the host has thought of everything you could posibbly need or want for a fantastic stay. We loved that we could also bring our dog with us to enjoy the lake. The dock is located in a quiet cove where you can paddleboard or kayak out to watch the sunset and is also less than a 5-10 minute trip to the marina by boat. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who is looking to stay on the lake!

Family Labor Day

We brought our boat over from the marina and enjoyed the amazing view from the dock all weekend! The outdoor space around the home is fantastic and the inside of the home is precious. It's an older home, fully updated in the most charming ways!

Just What We Needed

This property was just what we needed for a quick girls trip. So clean, so nicely decorated, comfy beds, hot tub was perfect, amazing views, close to the town! The owner provided very clear directions for everything also! We will definitely be back to this property!!

Nice cottage/dock

House was well decorated and clean. Dock was new and lots of floats and games for the family. Location convenient to town. Only complaints were mothballs all around the outside of the house which caused a strong odor. Also could use more silverware - only had 2 spoons and not many more forks.

Very cozy, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is tastefully decorated with a functional, well stocked kitchen should you cook, comfortable bedding/mattress. Views from the deck are gorgeous with plenty of seating and the hot tub is a very nice, relaxing amenity. I’d love to stay in the spring or summer so that we can get out on the water! Don’t second guess renting this property, you will not be disappointed.

All in all we enjoyed our stay. The problems we had were quickly addressed by Nathan (who is a great host) and we were given a partial refund for our troubles. The house is nice and well appointed. The pictures are accurate; and the location served us well.

Great mini birthday celebration!!

We had so much fun! The house was clean and comfortable. There were kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and the dock was great. We were able to hang out and enjoy the upper level with chairs and an umbrella. In addition, the hot tub was super clean for the night after the day in the lake. I can’t wait to plan another trip here.

Great place

We had a wonderful time. The property is newly renovated and very clean. We had a great time playing corn hole and throwing darts. Dry wood was even provided for the fire pit. We rented a pontoon boat from the marina and that made for a fabulous day on the lake. Nathan had excellent communication and did everything possible to make our stay very relaxing.

Great lakeside weekend getaway!

We had a great Labor Day weekend at "Wet Feet Retreat"! This cute little cottage had it all! Great layout, comfortable furnishings inside and out, fully stocked kitchen, great fire pit area, many outdoor games, hot tub, hammocks, too many amenities to list! We also rented the fabulous dock to keep our boat for the weekend which was so convenient for us. There are also kayaks and canoes available to use at the dock. Lots of great memories made and we look forward to our next return!
