Book it before someone else does!

Best place for large family, hands down. Our large extended family of 18 (and growing) goes on annual trips and this year we went to Orlando. This was, by far, the best home we have ever stayed at. Ample room with updated smart home features for all and comfy beds in most every room. Absolutely loved and took advantage of the shuffle board, karaoke room, arcade game machine and movie room, not to mention the pool and hot tub. Take me back! Ps. The host is impressively responsive and between her and the management company, literally everything under the sun was clearly (and proactively) communicated. The best!!

Disney Vacation

We loved the location, the size of the property, the private pool, the media room and the karaoke equipment. There is also a water park where they sell food, alcohol and you can rent cabanas. Owner is very responsive and takes good care of property. Property looks as advertised and there are no surprises. We enjoyed staying at the property and definitely recommend.

Great Place!

We loved our stay! This house was spacious and provided lots of entertainment on its own! It's also in a great location for extra entertainment, close to all the parks and lots of convenient stores. We loved the golf cart transport to and from the on site amenities of Storey Lake, as well. Just a couple of snags include the loose wire on the microphone, pots and pans were provided, but hard to cook with, as everything stuck to them, and though the house was extremely clean, we did see some dog toys left behind in the common area. All in all, we would highly recommend this house and we look forward to a return visit.

Fun at the Houz of Bluz

We just got home from our week at the Houz of Bluz in Kissimmee and, without a doubt, everyone had a great time. The house is beautifully decorated and has almost everything you might need while you're there. Especially unique and awesome is the music room with electric drums, keyboard, karaoke/microphone, foosball, air hockey, a beautiful park-like setting and amazing graphics. The movie room is also great. Plenty of USB charging ports and power outlets and large TVs all around. If you go out there are oodles of places to eat and shop nearby and the theme parks are practically right around the corner. My only caveat is the pool - it looks very large in the photo but, for us, it was quite small. Getting 13 people in at one time was great for splashing but made any swimming almost impossible. Overall we rate the Houz of Bluz 5 starz!

House of Blues!

We just arrived home from a week long stay at the House of Blues! House was exactly as listed - so much to do to keep everyone busy! We had two adults and 9 teenagers and, not once, were we in eachother's way....so much room! Location of the house is super convenient. Neighborhood was fairly crowded but we were able to get past that once we were in the house! Owner was amazingly quick to answer or resolve any question or issue! The Sleep Number beds were heavenly, felt like a special treat! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook each night. This is a perfect home for a family who wants to visit Disney but get plenty of relaxing in, too! You will not be disappointed in this rental!

We are from Colorful Colorado. We decided to get into the short term rental business after coming to Kissimmee several times with our family to enjoy everything the Orlando area has to offer. After discovering that staying in a house was so much more comfortable, relaxing and fun than staying in an overpriced hotel, we found ourselves making reservations for the same experience year after year! Getting away from it all is a big part of anyone's vacation; being able to decompress, relax and have family fun after a long day of park hopping, conference going, competition or sports training, being in your own villa is the way to go! I'm an interior designer and my husband, Jean is a tech geek with small project building skills and we have always enjoyed crerating new spaces together. We became empty nesters and decided to take our skills of designing and remodeling real estate on the road to Florida. We then purchased Houz of Bluz; a brand new home in the popular short term rental community, Storey Lake. As soon as we closed on the property, we moved in the property for 4 months, devoting every day to creating what we feel is one of the best rentals in the community. It was important to us to create a well-appointed space in a homey and truly relaxing atmosphere as opposed to just another run-of-the-mill rental property. Living there, we were better able to find what would be important to others when enting the villa. We decided to provide upgrades such as purchasing Sleep Number beds, installing a larger water heater and making HOB a smart home because we understand that things like getting quality sleep, taking a hot shower and ease of use of technology can make a huge difference when you're away from your own home.

Our mission: To make HOB is a Resort within a Resort; A place for you to make memories as well as relax and have fun. We hope you love our home as much as we do and that you'll want to come back again and again.

Imagine after a long day, sitting out on your covered, private lanai, sipping a cool drink (perhaps a fresh margarita that you made in the frozen drink concoction maker), watching the kids swim in the pool and the birds enjoying the lake.

The next day you have planned a free day at one of the two of the amenity centers free for guests to use during your stay. From a workout in the morning to a float down a lazy river in the afternoon after ordering lunch at the poolside bar and grill, there is no better way to decompress.

And to top it all off, it was the location that sold us on the property. We are the closest short term rental community to Walt Disney World...Just 4 miles away and not the bumper to bumper traffic that you will find on the West side. There are many STR communities that direction, and most are within 6-8 miles of Disney property, but it can take you 30-40 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom's parking lot. From our villa, you can be there in 15 minutes
