The Space: Step into this cozy, stylish one bedroom, one bathroom home in the heart of downtown Charleston. As you enter the space via a private entrance, you’ll step into the galley style, fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, as well as a stacked washer/dryer unit.
Past the charming breakfast nook that seats four, you’ll come to the living room, which includes one of the homes original fireplaces. The comfortable seating area is ideal for catching up with friends or watching the big game on the Smart TV.
Another original fireplace can be found in the bedroom, along with a queen-sized bed offering a relaxing night of sleep. The home’s chic bathroom includes a single vanity and large walk-in shower.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
