Located in an incredible neighborhood in Mt. Holly 12 min. from CLT & Whitewater Center, this newly renovated "Tiny Home" is much bigger than you expect. It's full of luxury amenities incl. Tuff-n-Needle Mattresses, Beckham Luxury Gel Pillows, Danjor Platinum Bed Linens, 2 4k Roku TV's, fully stocked kitchen, 400 mb wifi, washer/dryer & every detail we have collected from having over 2000 5 star reviews. Details is what makes this home so unique & comfortable for a long stay or a short weekend.

The Space:
* Living Room has comfortable leather couch with 2 seats.
* Kitchen has dining room & full kitchen that's fully stocked w/ Keurig, dishes, cookware, dishwasher & supplies like coffee, tea, sugar, splenda, cream, salt & pepper.
* Washer/Dryer w/ Free Clear laundry detergent & dryer sheets
* 2 Separate bedrooms w/ Queen-size Tuff-n-Needle mattresses w/ Twin XL mattress trundle. Each room has luggage rack, wardrobe, hangers. Iron & Ironing board available.
* Bathroom has hair dryer as well as high quality Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash. Luxury Towels available for use.

Parking spot available. Fits 2 vehicles. No street parking allowed

The Neighborhood:
Wonderful neighborhood near almost anything you could want. McDonald's is walking distance. Only 10 minutes from Super Walmart & Lowes. 12 Minutes from Charlotte Regional Airport & US National Whitewater Center.

Getting Around:
Located In a quiet neighborhood with parking for 2 vehicles on driveway. NO PARKING ON STREET.

Other Things to Note:
* Some construction is going on near street entrance.
* 4 Beds (2 queen & 2 twin on trundles)- 6 people can sleep in home but realize it is a small home w/ 1 bathroom. It will be a tight fit for 6 adults.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available via text, app or phone. Ring security camera is located at entrance door for safety. No cameras inside anywhere.

Perfect spot

We spent a quick weekend visiting my son in Mount Holly and this location was perfect. Size was just right for us! Will definitely stay again when we go visit family!

Great option

We were looking for a place other than a hotel because our Dutch Shepherd is on high alert in hotels and no one gets any sleep. The owner was very accommodating! Everything was clean. Just what we needed for an over night stay! The bed was super comfortable. And the house sits on a low traffic street so we could walk our dog. Thank you so much!! We finally got some rest with him traveling!

Short weekend stay

The house was cute and updated and the neighborhood was quaint and safe. The small downtown area of both Mount Holly and Belmont were close by and had near shops and restaurants. The house is very small, ok for maybe two adults and 2 children but although it technically sleeps 8, there is only one very small bathroom in the master bedroom and two of the beds are a trundle that serves as the only seating in the living room. Not a ton of space to just hang out and relax …All appliances were new and was good for a quick stay.

The is an older house, with that being said there are issues with floors and doors. We had a slight problem with the August lock connecting. Had to reset the pass code several times. But with Stephanie's help we made it work. Everything we needed was provided for us and stores and restaurants fairly close by.

Served its purpose

Upon checking in, code did not work but Samantha was responsive. House had cobwebs and towels had an unpleasant order. Kitchen upgrades but had to have maintenance come to get stove to work. Neighbors were taking pics for reasons unknown (hate to think of being racially profiled). Overall it served its purpose and host was very hospitable.
