The house is located in the quiet and safe neighborhood. Exceptionally clean room- Big Flat screen TV, new mini-fridge and microwave. 15mins from Huntington Beach and walking distance to Little Saigon (Phuoc Loc Tho Plaza). Close to shopping malls and freeways are just minutes away. 20 minutes drive to our 3 nearest beaches. Newport Beach, Laguna Beach and Huntington Beach.

Baseball tournament
We were there for baseball tournament the field was about 25 minutes away not bad we visit Newport Beach and Laguna. We didn't know where the washer and dryer was. Shirley did respond back and let us know where they were at actually in the garage. We had a good stay.

- Smaller room than I expected. - Condition of the rooms are not as new, like just remodel, as I thought. - Chairs are worn, time for replacement. - Bed is a full size. I thought queen is a standard size which would be much more comfortable. - The mattress is really soft. Not suitable for someone who needs firm mattress to sleep on. - An outlet near the bed was used by light and something else. Should have more outlets near the bed available to charge phone. - Stained sheet which the owner replaced right away after I requested to change. ** Overall, it's fine. Owner was pleasant.

Some enhancements should make it more accommodating
Overall, very good. Just a few nits: (1). WiFi name and login were changed before I got there resulting in my contacting the host to ask for the new network and login when I arrived--should have been communicated before my arrival. (2). On the last evening of my stay, the wifi went down in the middle of my internet session. Informed host and the fix was completed in 15 minutes. (3). The hot water pot contained noodle residuals and had to be cleaned out. (4). Coffee and/or Tea packets along with sugar/cream would have been more generic, instead of the instant ramen packages.

Safe and comfortable
I was mainly only here to sleep as I had a lot of plans. Great space lots of different lights nice bed and very easy entrance. The only thing is that there was a used bar or soap in the shower which I didn’t feel like I should use. Maybe a bunch of mini bars in bulk would be better. Still after that I still give it 5/5 stars. Definitely will stay here again.

Perfect Private Stay
My girlfriend and I booked this place while we visited Disneyland, California Adventure, and Universal Studios and it was exactly what we were looking for. With our early mornings leaving and late nights getting back, this private room equipped with a water dispenser, microwave, fridge, TV, and connecting bathroom was just right for our stay. Easy check in instructions and lots of privacy, I do recommend if you’re visiting the parks!

We just stayed one night which was all we needed in that area so we were happy to find a place that would do that! Bed was pretty comfortable and shower was good. That's about all we used.

Great stay for Disneyland!
My sister and I stayed here while we were going to Disney. The house is only about 15 minutes from the park and it was super easy to go in and out as we needed. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom are attached to the house, so there are two doors going out into other hallways - but they always remained locked and it was never an issue at all. Would stay again for a two-person trip to disney!

Please don't leave used soap!
Overall was good, but not really well marked parking /entrance. Didn't realize that the bathroom wasn't part of the room (thru the hallway connected to another room?) Also there was three bars of half used Irish Spring soap. Felt like I was sharing a bathroom. Kinda weird.

Wonderful stay! Gated home and Private entrance to bedroom was nice. Beautiful plants outside. Close enough to Disney. We drove and parked at the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure. Would definitely stay again!

Sweet Relaxed Stay
This is the best athome stay much better than any hotel room, owner was very friendly and location is in center with quick access nearby. Only few ceiling corners had 🕸️ but overall room ambience was very pleasant. I would definitely like to stay again and recommend my friends. Thank you.
