Welcome to "It's About Time"! We are excited to share our beach escape with you. We designed this home with families and groups in mind! This beachfront property sleeps 14 people comfortably with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. There are two gathering spaces; a first floor deck, a large sun deck, plus outdoor showers and a pool! Located close to local restaurants and bike paths. It's About Time is a perfect getaway for a group or family.

Simply the best!

Our children and one grandchild from all over the country stayed there to grieve and love each other following my husband’s passing and memorial service. An excellent place to relax in a phenomenal location. The weather wasn’t great (mostly cloudy), but it was the perfect place to gather and relax. Thank you, Sonette! You are an excellent host with a gorgeous house!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We are a family group of 12 ranging in age from 23 to 90. This lovely, spacious house worked for all. We enjoyed the kitchen with its quality cookware, plentiful dishes, and table that actually seated all twelve of us. We spent happy hours around the swimming pool. and we loved the stunning views from the decks and living areas. Our host could not have been more accommodating. She certainly went the extra mile to see that we were comfortable.

Beach Fun!

We loved our stay at this fabulous cottage right on the beach. We had 6 adults and 4 kiddos and had plenty of space. The water was amazingly warm and the weather was perfect. Also, the kids loved the pool. Thanks Sonette for such a great vacation. You made it exceptionally nice with your prompt communication and email/text notices. Everything was perfect! 😎

Family Beach Vacation

A wonderful property and great location. I rated it a 4 star due to some small items. Some examples,...the kitchen floor was not clean and was sticky. Maybe something spilled prior to our arrival? There was very little toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and garbage bags. The ice maker in the main refrigerator is woefully inadequate. There was a nice selection of beach chairs which we enjoyed. The pool and beach items in the downstairs box was nice for everyone, especially the kids. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Let's just Relax!

The house was lovely and the location is quiet & peaceful! The beach is not crowded. A great location to just unwind and relax. Just a few items would be nice. The Barbeque pit could have been cleaned or maybe a gas grill can be added. Dishes and flatware were nice. But the cabinets had lots of old spices that I would not feel safe to use. Some of them looked like they were there for a really long time. Lots of plastic lids for tupperware and plastic containers - but no containers. Although the house appliances listed a waffle maker - could not find that at all. Sonette, the property contact is Wonderful!!!

We enjoyed the heated pool so much, especially our 20 month old. The house accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed. The weather was perfect all week! The local restaurants and grocery store were great!

Precious family beach time

The house is in a quiet area. We had rented a house in Murrell's Inlet the year before for the week before Easter and the beach, nearby homes and the traffic were loud until late. We brought our telescope! The light pollution is also less here. Amazing views of the stars even with just our eyes as we floated in the pool at night. The kitchen had all we needed to cook most of our meals in. There are also plenty of good places to eat out nearby. The Food Lion, though small, had pretty much everything we needed. The upstairs area was comfortable and perfect for games. Our family loves big, complicated ones. Plenty of table to set them up and no need to move since you eat at the table downstairs. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms spacious. Only 1 thing that our family would change. The couch downstairs is outdoor furniture. We totally understand because it is practical for pool and beach. We found it uncomfortable for our older bodies. : ) A minor thing in an incredible house! Rent it, you will love it!

Family Get Together

We had a very nice casual get together with siblings. The house was in an excellent location for that. We ate out and had fun dinners in. We enjoyed visiting Charleston, Kiawah and Hilton Head. We enjoyed walks on the beach, morning sunrises, bike rides, Dolphins in the water and making wishes on the shell trees.

Vacation time

What a beautiful place. Very clean! The heated pool was amazing! Our weather wasnt favorable to hangout at the beach and the pool came in very handy to occupy childern. Our only complaint was the couch in the living room on the main level was not comfy. We would definitely stay here again! The owner even checked in on us after there were major storms that went through!

What a beautiful house! The floor to ceiling views steal the show but the real comfort can be found in the details of this house! I've never stayed in a house with enough towel hooks in a bathroom and this one had more than I could possibly use. The spacious pantry with a second fridge helped us hide the food mess than normally takes up valuable counter space. And how many rentals do you know that have a Dyson vacuum cleaner? Great water pressure, well equipped kitchen, comfortable porch furniture and beautiful tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms; every detail was thought of and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Family Christmas on Edisto Beach

Christmas holidays with family was merry and bright. Though Christmas day and the day after was rainy and windy, we had a great time enjoying the accommodations and the love shared with family. Home was clean and spacious. We couldn't enjoy the heated pool due to the weather or the beach, but the house was set up nicely for everyone to enjoy. We would come back again🎄

Wow- Better than we even expected!

This property is amazing! It was so clean and comfortable! Right in the beach! Just a few steps to the ocean! The pool was awesome too! Two outdoor showers! Every bed was so comfortable! We really could not have had a better experience! Already booked for next year!

Great stay!

This house is right on the beach with a pool. The grandkids loved it, and the upstairs living room was perfect for their toys and playtime. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well-equipped and we did a lot of cooking. I highly recommend this beach house

Family reunion

Great spot for our family, such an easy walk to the ocean. That was a big plus for the adults who were taking the little ones down to the beach for some sand castle building. Wonderful long open views from the windows. The pool was a huge hit for everyone in the family. Everything a family could want in a beach vacation.

great place for a 91st bday party

My siblings and I took parents for a 91st bday celebration and it was a great spot for it. The weather was cold so no swimming happened but the beautiful views and beach made our parents very happy. Plenty of room for 5 adult couples, 2 of which were working while we were there. The kitchen was very well stocked for meals for 10!
