Our Favorite Place, the name says it all! New to Blue Sky Cabin Rentals as of April 2021, this cabin has it all. Sure to be a fisherman’s “favorite place”, this cabin sits on Ritchie Creek providing a nice place to cool off or tell stories down by the fire pit. You’re sure to relax here and soak all your cares away in the large hot tub. A true rustic, cabin experience in the mountains yet conveniently located 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. Don’t forget to bring your fur babies, as this darling cabin is pet-friendly! The kitchen here is fully equipped to make your favorite suppers while listening to the relaxing creek sounds. We can’t wait to hear about all the memories you’ll make at your new “Favorite Place!” 

DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

Our Favorite Place is a rustic 2 bedroom, 2 bath Creekside cabin that sleeps 4 people and offers the following:

Upper Level King Master bedroom with private balcony and private bathroom tub/shower combo -No TV-
Queen Bedroom on main level with deck access - 21" flat-screen Smart TV  
Full communal bath on the main with tub/shower combo
Great Room with Great room with a 32' flat-screen TV with and a gas burning fireplace (gas active Oct. 1st-Apr. 1st) 
Dinning with seating for 6
Washer and Dryer
Hot Tub
Fire Pit (firewood not provided)
Dog-Friendly 
WIFI

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:





Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more that this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.



Required Fees include $115 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and a 13% lodging tax
