The elegant kitchen is outfitted with gorgeous countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher for easy clean-up), a peninsula breakfast bar with stools for three, and an adjacent farm-style dining table. You can also dine outside in the fragrant ocean air at the high-top table on the deck. The living room is plushly furnished with a sofa, multiple armchairs, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

Head upstairs to find a beautiful main bedroom suite with a private bathroom, its own gulf-front deck where you can savor your coffee each morning, and a workspace nook by the window where you can log onto the free WiFi with a view of the beach. There's one more bedroom and one more full bathroom on this floor. The lowest level of the house is its own private apartment of sorts, accessed separately from the patio on the beach side. It's an ideal space for anyone seeking a bit more privacy, offering a living and dining space with a flatscreen TV, a kitchenette, a bedroom with bunks, and a full bathroom. Additional features in this home include central air conditioning, a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits each night, and a flatscreen TV in every bedroom.

This townhouse is part of Costa del Sol, a highly desirable, gulf-front community of Miramar Beach that sits directly on the white sand shore. You need only follow the boardwalk and stairs to have your toes in the sand in seconds. There's so much at your fingertips here, including such local favorites as Alvin's Island Beach Store (across the road), Pompano Joe's (less than a quarter-mile west), and Whale's Tail (half a mile east).

THINGS TO KNOW
There's a kitchen on the main level and a kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker) on the lower level.
The lower-level apartment is accessed separately from the ground-floor patio on the beach side.
This property is strictly non-smoking and only nine people are allowed in the complex. These rules are very strictly enforced by the HOA.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
