You need only follow the boardwalk and stairs to have your toes in the sand in seconds. There's so much at your fingertips here, including such local favorites as Alvin's Island Beach Store (across the road), Pompano Joe's (less than a quarter-mile west), and Whale's Tail (half a mile east).
THINGS TO KNOW
There's a kitchen on the main level and a kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker) on the lower level.
The lower-level apartment is accessed separately from the ground-floor patio on the beach side.
This property is strictly non-smoking and only nine people are allowed in the complex. These rules are very strictly enforced by the HOA.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
