The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Excellent stay overall say 9.2! When I arrived I had to use Maintenance to reset toilet that had flange failure and wobbled and not secured to floor. Plummer called and resolved quickly. Then called maintenance to resolve cable TV that required cable box and remote replacement X2. Maintenance man fixed this. Why don’t you have a pre-check evaluation by maintenance prior to rental start? Charge the owner a fee to keep up these units, especially the nits that are 100% rental units. Finally, when I arrived on day 1 I had to wash all dishes and silverware because they were sticky to touch. Not good! I’m a handy guy who does lots of DIY to my home. It’s easy to see the degraded things in a unit. This one needs touch up painting of baseboard in kitchen, needs a tub drain plug in bathroom, needs a kitchen sink drawing stopper. The unit has3 coffee makers n the cabinets that look like junk! Refrigerator is not level so doors swing wildly when you release your hand. Kitchen floor tiles have several deep chick from previous dropping of heavy objects. Overall, nice unit but has no pride of ownership. I could have fixed all this minor things in a half day for a $100 credit.These are my thoughts:Maintenance support was excellent!Nice unit and I had a very good stay!Minor unit quality issues seem typical as I had similar issues with my last years rental OS 115.Good luck getting property owners to keep up the rental units!Regards, D Wickman
