Unit 216 is one level living and is accessed by an elevator or stairs. The owner has taken special care in making sure everything is comfortable and inviting for your stay. Past guests that stay here love it and come back again and again.

Bedroom 1 - The grand king suite (sleeps 2) has access to the covered patio area overlooking the ocean views. Suite features a large screen smart TV, ensuite bathroom
Bathroom 1 - Ensuite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub.
Bedroom 2 - Guest queen bedroom (sleeps 2) has a smart TV and adjoining bathroom with access to the hall.
Bathroom 2 - Adjoins Queen bedroom and hall, shower
Bedroom 3 - Located down the back hall, 2 twin beds (sleeps 2), smart TV, fold down desk area, and adjoining bathroom.
Bathroom 3 - Adjoins twin room, combination tub/shower
Common Area Additional Sleeping - New queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) with upgraded mattress is in the family room.
There is parking for up to 2 cars for guests. Parking can be very limited during busy holidays such as Memorial Day and 4th of July. Building is managed by an HOA and property manager is not responsible for elevator and amenities.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
