AMELIA ISLAND RESORT - TURTLE DUNES OCEANFRONT CONDO WITH POOL/TENNIS

This recently updated villa is located in the Turtle Dunes Condominium at the Amelia Island Plantation Resort. This villa offers two oceanfront bedrooms, both with balcony access. The villa has been fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing getaway including beach chairs, beach towels, linens, towels, and paper products. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. In this rental guest will enjoy access to the newly renovated sea turtle pool, dunes club tennis courts, easy beach access, miles of biking trails, spas, multiple golf courses and numerous dining options. Bike and golf car rentals are available.

Located just 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach which includes many restaurants, shops, galleries, and breweries.

The perfect condo for a family vacation

Stacy made our stay wonderful, from communicating to the fresh flowers, wine and local beer to all of the amenities in the condo. Amelia Island is our family vacation spot and we’ve stayed at Turtle Dunes a few times, and this condo had everything! You will not regret staying here.

Stunning oceanfront stay, best beds all face ocean

Absolute best location on the Island. Both bedrooms face the ocean and all beds are incredibly comfortable, you won’t want to get out of them! Just a few steps to the beach. It rained a few days during our stay and it was also cozy to spend time in the condo.

Relaxing piece of paradise

This condo was absolutely perfect! The views are beautiful, the location to the beach was short and easy, the pool was wonderful, the amenities felt just like home. Stacy is an amazing host- great communication and so kind and welcoming. Everything has been thought of to make your stay easy- a full kitchen for easy cooking, lots of hooks to dry towels, nightlights in the restroom, comfy beds, plenty of paper goods and dishwashing soap. Nothing can be improved upon! Very much look forward to returning next summer!

Great location and amenities!

My husband, teenagers and I loved our time at turtle dunes. The beach was an easy walk as was the pool. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed with many thoughtful touches supplied by the owner. I hope to return for a future vacation!

Peaceful!

We were so surprised by how calm, beautiful, and peaceful it was at this rental. The facilities are all super clean and well-maintained. Stacy was very welcoming and helpful. We especially appreciated the stock of sundry items (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.). It also saved us a lot of time and effort not having to bring our beach chairs and wagon, because we had access to them there! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Amelia

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. Everything is a stated and the condo was very clean with lots of extra's. Our weather was a little cool and foggy the first part of our stay, but we finally got to use the beautiful pool on Thursday before we left. Amelia is a wonderful destination and much quieter than many parts of Florida this time of year.

The south side of Amelia is special! And this property is the perfect hideaway. The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect. The beach here is uncrowded and much quieter than Main Beach. The owner was great and reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed. On the list for a return!

Beachfront double balcony view

Beautiful beachfront condo with both bedrooms facing ocean with private balconies. Only thing I would recommend is the showers we’re not cleaned very good. Wonderful time with our family and very quiet neighbors. Would also recommend letting guests bring their dog as so many others had dogs there.

Amelia Island Turtle Dunes

We spent a few days at this beautiful condo. It was the perfect location to relax and enjoy Amelia Island. Very well maintained and beautifully decorated. It was nice the have two bedrooms that had ocean views. Stacey was the perfect host from the start. Left us a sweet note and beautiful flowers, along with some local brewed beer and a bottle of wine. The condo was fully stocked with paper products and everything you would need to cook if needed. Stacey went out of her way to make us comfortable and was just a text away if needed. I can’t recommend this condo enough and will definitely be back.

Pristine Turtle Dunes Condo

We vacation at Amelia Island Plantation alot, usually at Turtle Dunes because of the quiet location. It was our first time at Turtle Tracks and this condo was the cleanest and most organized of all of them. I really liked the spacious split floor plan and the furnishings, bed linens, and towels were great. Stacy was a terrific host. We were warmly welcomed with drinks and fresh flowers and she made her beach chairs and umbrella available to us which not every owner does. She also reached out in advance to communicate updates to the pool and made sure we were fully accommodated for our stay. It felt like home but with a beautiful view of the ocean. Loved it and can't wait to go back!!

School Vacation Week

We had a wonderful week. The condo and location were perfect for our family's much needed R&R. The condo was in great shape and just as described/shown in the listing. The pool and beach were amazing and only steps away from the condo, making it super easy and quick to go back and forth and come and go. The condo complex and grounds were beautiful and well-maintained and in a perfect/quiet part of the Omni complex. We loved how quiet and peaceful the location was--just what we were after. The shops at the Villa provided good, easy nearby food options, and the Harris Teeter grocery store is super close (5 minutes) and nice. Tennis/pickle ball courts right there, and great trails all over the place. We didn't go to town much but that was close/easy, too. Great mini golf. Great trails/alligators, too, at Egan Creek. Communication from Stacy was perfect--efficient, proactive, and friendly. All in all just a great spot/week. Thank you!

Everything about our experience at this property was amazing. The owner went above and beyond in so many ways. She provided an extremely helpful and thorough pre-arrival document. She was extremely communicative leading up to and even during our stay (I actually worried I was bothering her but she was always quick and pleasant with her responses.) The unit itself is fantastic. Right on the beach, with views from every room that we couldn't get over. The pool on property is also great. Our kids literally never wanted to do anything but beach, pool, chill in condo. Made for the ideal, relaxing beach vacation. The only problem is that I'm not sure we'll ever be able to stay anywhere else because it will pale in comparison to this place.

Fantastic Property

Our family finally found the perfect spot. From contact with the owner to check in to view and amenities this property had everything. Unfortunately the only thing it didn't have was the weather. Completely not the fault of the property owner even 3 days in Hurricane type weather we enjoyed every aspect of this property. We will certainly be back. Stacey could not have been any more helpful in any area on our vacation. From giving advice on things to do in the area to attempting to find places to make reservations for our Easter dinner not to mention the bottle of wine craft beer and happy birthday message to my daughter was such a fantastic touch. Try finding another property that has two separate bedrooms each having private balconies facing the water there aren't many. My wife is still trying to figure out what kind of mattresses Stacy used because it was probably the most comfortable bed we've ever stayed in on vacation. If you're considering it don't even think twice book it...you will not be disappointed thanks Stacy for everything we'll see you again soon.

Perfect Getaway

I don't think we could have selected a more perfect place for a long, relaxing weekend away. The villa was immaculate. The owner was incredibly attentive to our requests. And the surrounding amenities were terrific (golf cart rental, beaches, pools, restaurants, shops, etc.) for both the adults and teens. The large property that the villa sits on is beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful. There are plenty of pathways and excursions to explore under an expansive canopy of mature trees. Our stay was everything we could have hoped for and we will definitely return. Highly recommend!
