Tolles Apartment und zentrale Lage

Geräumiges und gemütliches Apartment 5 min zu Fuss vom Arc de Triomphe sowie Champs Elysees und der Metrostsation. Vom Apartment sieht man auch den Spitz des Eiffelturms. Rund um die Wohnung hat’s einen guten Supermarkt und verschiedene Take away Angebote und auch eine Boulangerie. Alles gut!

Tolle Wohnung nahe Arc de Triomphe

Die Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern liegt wunderbar in einer bürgerlichen Gegend. Sie ist ruhig und hat eine Terrasse mit Aussicht auf den Arc de Triomphe und den Eiffelturm. Die siebte Etage erreicht man bequem mit einem Aufzug. Im Viertel gibt es mehr als ausreichende Restaurants und direkt um die Ecke liegen eine Bäckerei, eine Weinhandlung und ein Supermarkt. Die Küche ist gut, aber nicht feudal ausgestattet. Im Koffer sollte noch Platz für Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker sein.

Great stay in a terrific neighborhood

Lovely place tucked away in Ternes neighborhood. Very close to a fresh market with a cheese-monger, seafood, meat, bakeries, etc. As well, a large monoprix store mins away. Plenty of neighborhood restaurants too!. The apartment is on the 7th floor, with a small European elevator (3 person max), so it is great for getting your steps in too! Well appointed space where you can lounge, share breakfast/drinks easily. It was very easy for us as a family of 5 to stay across the 3 bedrooms. Highly recommend!

3 Generations Trip to Paris

Incredible apartment with lovely terrace and views. Plenty of space for 3 generations of family in 3 separate bedrooms. Incredible location as it’s a 3 minute walk to the metro and 5 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Be sure to check out the lovely produce, fish and meat market nearby and other small local spots to stop for groceries and supplies just steps from the apartment. We would definitely recommend this apartment for families with either children or seniors as there’s something for everyone! Hope to be back again someday.

The Engagement

My husband and I took my daughter, her boyfriend, her two children ages 11 and 7, and his daughter age 15 to Paris. Before we left her boyfriend asked for her hand in marriage. He proposed at the Louvre! This property couldn't have been better. We have been to Paris seven times before staying in different locations and this one was by far the best. You have access to the whole city within a few blocks. Cafes, stores, bakery a stone throw away. You are literally a few blocks from the Arc de Triumph. One thing I would say this property sleeps six. You have two queen bedrooms and a bedroom with a single and double. The double really isn't comfortable for two people, its too small. The apartment is well stocked with all you need for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time on the outside balcony. Morning coffee and evening cocktails. You have partial views of the Arc and the Tower. Really pretty at night. Neighborhood was quiet and extremely safe. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Spectacular stay!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful place! Yohann is an excellent, communicative and kind host. His flat is immaculate, spacious and comfortable and we were so happy to spend time here every evening after traipsing around Paris all day. The neighborhood is lovely and the flat is just blocks from a metro station. I cannot recommend this highly enough!

Springtime in Paris

My wife, 3 adult sons and I had a wonderful time exploring Paris from our home base atop a seven story building with views of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomph. Centrally located, washer and dryer with dishwasher, A/C and heat. Several delightful neighborhood restaurants, including a Michelin starred restaurant one block away. We would stay here again.

Michigan Family Christmas in Paris

This was my last chance to have a family trip with my 4 adult sons ranging in age from 21-28. I asked whether they wanted to go tropical or somewhere different. I offered Paris as an option because it was a direct flight from Detroit and my husband and I had a gone there 9 years ago for my birthday and we loved it. I spent over a week researching properties on VRBO and had a budget in mind but also wanted a convenient location. Yohann's property fit both criterias. The pictures are a true representation of the apartment and it is very spacious. In a different season the outdoor patio would be an extra bonus and fabulous. It had everything necessary including a washer and dryer. Extremely clean and all beds were comfortable. Walking distance to the Arc de Triumphe and Champs-Elysees. Exceptional bakery on the corner of street and many nice restaurants near the apt. Le Hide a must. Celine who works with Yohann was my main contact from the start of our trip to the very end. She was available to me day and night. She instructed me on how to use the washer and dryer, When the radiators in the apt stopped working Celine set me instructions on how to turn on all the individual heaters in all the rooms. There were individual heater/air conditioning units in each room. Lastly when I left my diamond earrings on the night side and noticed them not in my ears on the way to the airport I immediately contacted her. She told me that she would let the cleaning people know immediately and contact me when they found them. They found them and then Celine spent 2 days of communication with me and took it upon herself to go the the post office and mail them to a friend of mine who lives in Paris and was vacationing there at the same time. She gave me the tracking number and kept me apprised of the package until my friend received it. Celine went above and beyond to get my earrings back to me. This act of honesty, diligence and kindness is immeasurable. Not only was this property amazing but so were the people that represented it. When we return to Paris I would definitely rent this apartment again or any that Yohann has. I also had multiple communications with me before our departure. He always answered my questions within 24 hours despite our time difference. Only suggestion I would have for Yohann would be to be able to have more bath towels and hand towels for the week instead of one per person and only 2 hand towels for both bathrooms.

Great location, nice apartment

The apartment is very very well situated to get around Paris with ease. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths made this appealing to us as well. The master bath is small if you are a large person, but it was great for us with a washer and dryer located inside as well. The living area and dining area were spacious for us to spread out. The kitchen had what we needed for basics, although if you really want to cook it is not super well appointed. Yohann was very, very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

Truly an Amazing apartment

Yohann and Mikel where nothing short of amazing it was a fabulous place to stay the roof top balcony was divine! I would definitely stay here again the building was very secure and it had a lift but the 7 flights of stair would good too (I took those a lot ) had to burn the extra calories from the croissants and pastries at the end of the block! Super safe area and we literally walked almost every where! Highly recommend this fabulous apartment for your stay in Paris We will be coming back as paris is truly the greatest city on this earth 😍

Great Place and Location to Experience Paris

As a family of four, we spent six nights here and were very satisfied with the unit, the experience and the host. Here are some useful information when considering this rental option: LOCATION: extremely convenient, steps away from a variety of stores and a five-minute walk to a great Monoprix on Avenue des Ternes. It is also a five-minute walk to the Charles de Gaulle–Étoile transit hub served by Line A of the RER commuter rail network that takes you across the city center in minutes; Metro lines Line 1 that connects all the major landmarks east-west (Louvre, Bastille, etc.); Line 2 that serves the northern half of the city including Montmartre; Line 6 that serves the southern half, including the Eiffel Tower and the RER Line C station for Versailles. Tips: board Line 1 one stop over at Argentine for shorter lines at the ticket machines. BUILDING: the entrance, though a covered passageway, is very unassuming, but the building itself is well maintained (the common spaces were being upgraded during our stay) and very quiet. Most of the other units are occupied by professional offices, with little elevator traffic outside of working hours. And, yes – the elevator is slow and the cabin small, accommodating no more than three persons or one persons with luggage. We always used the stairs. APARTMENT: rooftop unit that occupies the entire eighth floor (counting the ground level as floor 1) and offers city views on every side. The beds take up the majority of the space, but plenty of wardrobe storage space is available. The kitchen area is also spacious and the living space roomy with a very comfortable couch. The window and door fixtures are in good shape and the A/C units worked well, although temperatures were rather mild. As the bathroom off the master bedroom is very small, we ended up using predominantly the one across from the kitchen, which also has a convenient separate toilet nook. All appliances worked well. In short, if you are used to a New York apartment, you will feel right at home here as well. AMENITIES: the apartment is stocked with cleaning supplies and condiments, likely courtesy of all prior guests. Still, worth taking inventory of all supplies upon arrival before heading out to shop. The bedding and towels were comfortable and of good quality. HOST: very responsive and courteous, always reachable (we never had to get in touch with them). The check-in was thorough and the check-out fast and hassle-free.

What a fantastic apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at Yohann's place. Apartment is very spacious and has amazing views from the terrace. It's just like it looks in the pictures. It felt like home, so much so that we definitely plan to stay here in the future.

Beautiful Flat great location

We had the best time in Paris. The flat is in a great location close to Arc de Triumph. Outdoor balcony was a wonderful addition to the stay. Could see top of the Effiel Tower. Fabulous!!! Yohann was a great host !!!

Great Rooftop Views

Great location, convenient to Ternes market, metro, bus. Lots of room for the 2 of us. Not quite as elegant as the pictures imply (for instance, the furniture and table linens not as pictured; obviously a full-time rental, so it dorsn't have the personal touches of an owner-occupied property) but it has everything we needed.

Great penthouse by the Arc De Triumph.

Two couples stayed at the property for 5 days. Split bedrooms on each end were perfect. Very small elevator but hiking up the 8 flights was great exercise.😂 the balcony was a great plus. Had a bottle of wine out there every night. Master bath is very small. If your a large person use the bedroom by the entrance and the bath down the hall is bigger. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is beautiful and spacious and the outdoor terrace is a huge plus. Loved watching the top of the Eiffel Tower sparkle every night! It is extremely close to the Arc de Triomphe and shopping on the Champs Elysees. The neighbor hood is quiet and surrounded with great restaurants. Yohann was a friendly and excellent host. He responded to all questions and concerns promptly. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again!

Perfect location

Everything good, but be aware that just two people can take showers at the same time in every each hour. The boiler is very small for an apartment of 6 people. The kitchen has the basic to do anything there. The master bathroom is really small. And they have the dryer and wash clothes inside either. Yohann was really nice helping us with everything!

Exceeded our expectations

Johann and Mickael made our arrival smooth and easy. So wonderful to enjoy a living room, kitchen, terrace with our daughter and son-in law. Loved the easy location. Nice benefit of wash/dryer. Tiny elevator but no big deal. Truly hope to return often.
