Beautiful apartment completely renovated and new in a modern style. Fully furnished and with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. We are looking for cultured guests, executives who like pleasant and quiet spaces. Clean and tidy people who take care of and respect the space. Our building is ecological and organic, we are in the process of certification to be a green building and it has solar panels for the generation of clean energy.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom with shower. Large room with a sofa bed (for an extra guest). It has an equipped kitchen and a drinking water filter.

Guests can use the entire space by following the established rules and taking care of household appliances. The apartment has a balcony that can be used by guests during normal hours and conditions and without disturbing the neighbors.

The screen is smart and the remote control is in the cabinet drawer in the living room. You can use any streaming service but please remember to leave it, before you go, so that it is disconnected. The apartment has a water filter (in addition to the general filtering system of the building) that is located in the kitchen sink. The intention is that you have quality water and you do not have to buy bottled water. The switch gives you access to the front door, which you can open from the inside. For any visit to touch the department you must dial 106 and the bell will ring and activate the camera.
