Villa is within Río Mar Village, an upscale, Mediterranean style resort and neighborhood with beautiful architecture, old world ambience and the conveniences of modern life. Family trip

My daughter and her family stayed in a neighboring villa. I wanted my own place so the 1 bed, 2 bath villa overlooking the golf course was perfect. Josie was an exceptional host and it was a ver tranquil stay. I would love to rent this same unit again

Josie was helpful and responded to our requests. The unit was somewhat run down and tired. We were lacking towels the first week (2 decent bath ones, 1 thin bath one for two people). The bottom sheet didn’t stay on bed. We were supplied with more towels and better sheets but not until the second week.

Amazing place

Amazing villa at a great resort. Great for beach/golf lovers and close to “El Yunque rainforest”. Restaurants near by and great views. Highly recommended and the host Rosie its amazing.

Great Villa!

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was a great option for our family of 4. Great views of the golf course. Josie was a great host - very responsive to all of our questions. We enjoyed the pool and beach area as well, they even had a beach/pool bar open a few days. Also, the location was another plus. Very close to beaches, restaurants, the rain forest and marinas in Fajardo. All in all, it was a great stay!

Excellent trip!

Great communication and check-in and check-out! Property was exactly as described - clean, beautiful view of the gold course from covered patios. Josie accommodated our early check-in request and welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and some sweets!

Great family vacation!!!

We had a great time at the villa. The location is very family friendly. It's quiet, safe and easily accessible from the airport. The villa is very spacious. We had no issues to accommodate family of four. It has everything you need to prepare simple breakfast and supper. The pool and the beach access is very close by. At any time you can do laundry (great plus especially when traveling with kids). I cannot stress enough how great Josie is as a host. Her communication with us was superb! She took time to explain all the details about villa and the surrounding area. She gave us suggestions where to travel and visit interesting places on the island. I highly recommend this villa for the future explorers :)

Beautiful property and great host!

Celebrated christmas with my family of five and had such a wonderful experience with the location and host who made everything extra special. The accommodations were perfect for our family as we went exploring during the day and had a great time relaxing on the patio overlooking the manicured golf course. I would highly recommend this gem of a property with a beautiful pool and a short drive to easy beach access.

Great stay at Villa in Wyndham Rio Mar premises

Host was very accommodating and reachable. Property was clean. Beautiful and relaxing view to the Wyndham Rio Mar golf course. Property is close to the beach, access to private pool area, tennis courts, golf area and restaurants. One parking space just by the stairs (few steps down and up) to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it.
