Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, auf einer direkten Fußweg zu den Dünen - keine Notwendigkeit, auf die Straße gehen, um den Sand zu bekommen! Dieses 4-Ebene Stadthaus ist ideal für Gruppenferien und Familienfeiern, mit drei Decks - alle mit Meerblick.

Der Strand an der 71st Street ist einer der größten und am wenigsten überlasteten in Ocean City. Es gibt Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Spielzeug zur Verfügung in der Außen Abstellkammer. Bringen Sie einfach Ihre Bettwäsche und genießen!

Family getaway

Nice place right close to the beach, food, bus line, and activities. Lots of stairs that looked inviting to a 1 1/2 year old to climb. Beds were a little hard. There was lots of dishes and pots and pans to use, but we had to go out and buy toilet paper and dish soap. Overall, not a bad place.

ALL the things

My daughter and I booked last minute and were able to secure this property which had all the things we were looking for! Spacious property, central location,easy access to the beach, nice pool and quiet family friendly neighborhood. Even though this is an older property, the owner has updated it nicely. We appreciate the owner for going out of his way to accommodate us ! Highly recommend this property

Fun family stay very close to the beach

Our family of 7 adults and 1 kid enjoyed our stay. Rich is very responsive with any questions. The listing is as pictured and the location is great- easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Beach Townhouse Getaway

Spacious 4 story townhouse. All you need is to bring your linens. Great views from the balconies. Everything you need is there. Close to beach. Nice pool. Kids enjoyed it. Very relaxing. Close to restaurants.

Great house ib great location

We highly recommend this property in OCM. The house was clean, has a great layout with room for many. We enjoyed the multiple decks with ocean views. Only complaint is the time went too fast. The property owner was absolutely fantastic to deal with. We will be back!

Great location

A nice town home with tons of space for everyone. Our party of 8 was able to all hang out on the deck and talk or eat. The beach was a quick walk from the house via decks that connect you right to the dunes. The pool was open and available within the hours of operation whenever we wanted to go for a quick dip. The house had plenty of amenities, utensils, and extras so we found we packed a little too much. The top floor deck is in serious need of repair and is an accident waiting to happen but I did talk personally with the property owner who assured us he would make the necessary repairs. The home is in need of a deep cleaning as window sills are covered in dust an inch thick and there is food and dust bunnies under every bed. Overall, everyone in our group had an excellent time and I would return to this location in the future provided that the necessary repairs are made and some more effort was put into cleaning.

Family Reunion Vacay of 18

This place was awesome! Basically on the beach, this house was great for our family of 18. Plenty of parking, pool was nice, beach area was great & not to crowded. The communication w/ the homeowner was outstanding!! Would definitely stay here again & recommend!!

Perfect Vacation Place

Not taking a family vacation in over a decade; or ever renting a place of this size; we weren’t sure what hat to expect. The home was extremely lovely and absolutely perfect location to everything. We had a great time and everyone had the opportunity to relax and stretch out; either enjoying time together or apart. We were able to cook and move around without people on top of each other. The owner was great and was on top of communication and making sure we had what we needed. Absolutely Amazing. And if I ever plan a family vacation again; I would definitely see if this place was available first.

Family weekend get away

Nice apartment in a quiet area on Ocean City. My family of 3, my parents and my sisters family of 4 all had a great time and ample space. Being so close to the beach was so nice ( 1 minute walk to the sand). Definitely would stay here again......

Fun family reunion spot

Great location and plenty of room for everyone! Place was homey and clean. Would definitely recommend. The only issue is the map directions from VRBO - the link took us to a different address which was confusing!! But once we found the place it was perfect. Thanks, Rich & Maureen!

Great location, great time

We had such a good time at Beach Place North. Easy access to the beach especially since we got married right at the end of the street at the beach. House Is beautiful and easy to maintain. We will most likely be back here in the future

Nice town house style condo with ample room for a large group and easy access to the beach.

Had a lovely long weekend in Ocean City. While the townhouse is about 5 miles from the boardwalk, it is mere steps to the lovely beach and convenient pool. We were surprised that certain basics were not provided like toilet paper, paper towels and soap, but just went out and got some. Overall, a lovely place and a lovely stay.

Pefect place for a large family beach Vacation

Spacious, and comfortable, perfect for our larger family to gather and all sleep under one roof again. Upstairs bedrooms allowed for quiet mornings for those not wishing to rise early with the children who were excited to get to the beach. Great views from the decks, The beach is just a 5 minute walk without having to deal with any vehicle traffic. Pool was also well maintained and very inviting - it proved quiet and very relaxing. Good Location - convenient to most activities and restaurants. Responsive owners. Will definitely visit again next time we go to the beach.

Beautiful place- great location!

This place was exactly what my large (extended) family was looking for! Well-kept, nice and big, great views from all 3 decks, a pool for the kids..…. The owner was great to work with- he answered all my questions when we chatted on the phone. We'll be back next year!

Grubby grubby grubby

This place could have been fantastic...or great..or even good, but it was so badly serviced by cleaning staff it completely spoiled our holiday. It made my skin crawl and the shower tracks were so grubby I was afraid of legionnaires disease or some other air or water borne virus, which as a senior, I could well do without. Little fishy biscuits in the bottom corner of my wardrobe (I left them for you, dear owner/cleaner) grubby broken bits of blind on the windowledge, broken bed in one bedroom, which was 'patched' with a few nails and a bit of wood, grubby and stained carpets in at least one bedroom and sticky unwashed wooden flooring in the living area with a carpet which was thick with crumbs, hairs, and suspicious stains, lavatories urine-stained, mouldy coffee grounds in the coffee machine, a cutlery drawer with almost more crumbs and gubbins than cutlery, a kettle we thought was grey until we polished it, balcony furniture with stained and torn cushions and which had obviously not been cleaned since new......and more. It was so bad I jumped at the chance to leave early and as I don't see my family too much, me living in the UK and the family in Canada, you can imagine how I felt leaving them sooner than I had meant to!! Let me tell you I spent about forty minutes under the shower in the hotel we booked into that night!! My brother contacted the owner/renter who blamed careless tenants but aside from the bed this was a basic cleaning problem. I work in a hotel and the state of this property was a sacking offence in any self-respecting hospitality provider's book! Sorry but I say as I find..... I do realise that the onus is on the renters to leave the place clean and tidy but that does not mean the cleaners can rest on their laurels. And yes, I admit that some of the younger family members who left on the Sunday left some food in the fridge but they hoped that the next tenants could use it...not realising till they spoke to my brother that there was no rental moving in. So apologies if you have had to clean that up. Answering the review tips and guidlines, the answer to all of these questions bar the last one would have to be no, no, no!
