Unsere Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, in der 7. Etage direkt den faulen Fluss. Sie können einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf vom Balkon oder durch die vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Fenster in das Gerät zu genießen. Mit mehr als 1.950 sq ft ist das Gerät sehr geräumig und neu eingerichtet.

Die Annehmlichkeiten dieser Unterkunft in Phoenix West sind reichlich vorhanden: Die Unterkunft ist mit Full-Size-Geräten, einer Wet-Bar mit Eismaschine, 65-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart-4K-TV im Wohnzimmer und Flachbild-HDTVs in allen Schlafzimmern sowie einem Waschraum mit Full-Size-Waschmaschine ausgestattet und Trockner. Es gibt 2 große Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten und die dritte. Br verfügt über 2 Queen-Betten. Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad und ein extra großes Badezimmer.

Es ist ein Strömungskanal, Wasserrutsche, einen Außenpool mit einem eingezäunten in Kinderbecken, beheizte Innenpool, zwei Jacuzzi ist, state-of-the-Art Fitness-Center, 4 Saunen und Dachtennisplätze.

Es gibt eine 25-jährige Altersgrenze das Gerät zu reservieren, die ohne Erstattung für die Verletzung durchgesetzt werden.

Fabulous Condo

This condo was perfect for 2 families. The extra hall bath with shower was great so everyone could quickly clean up after a day at the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and the ice machine was a great bonus. Beds were all comfortable. Beach - beautiful view! Pools and lazy river were great.

The Hobbs from Tennessee

We just returned home from staying at the Phoenix in this condo on the 7th floor, very convenient just off garage, very confortable living area and plenty of room for the whole family. I just have one issue, and thats the balcony furniture, other than that, we had a great time. The kids loved all the pool activities right at the sight. I wanted to show my grandchildren a great time, and they had it here. Thanks Cayce

Disappointing

The room was very dirty when we arrived. Floors were dirty. Kitchen and living area had not been wiped down and was not dusted. The furniture and rug were nasty. The room didn’t have a dustpan so we had to sweep and use wet napkins to wipe up. Would not recommend!

The 7th floor was awesome because you could sit in the unit and still see the ocean. A plus was the ability to drive to the 7th floor parking and unload very close to the unit. The kitchen was totally equipped with every possible item you could need. We would definitely stay in this unit if we came back to Orange Beach.

Beautiful and spacious property!

Beautiful condo. Everything was accurate to the listing. The location is perfect, and it’s very convenient to be able to hop back and forth between the pool and the ocean. The only negative for us was that the floors in the condo were not clean. They were swept, as there was no visible debris on them, but our feet were black on the bottom after walking around the condo for a few hours (and we were not on the balcony or outside, so it was from inside). We wore socks or flip flops at all times. Otherwise the condo was appropriately cleaned and we had no issues at all! Would definitely stay again.

We all enjoyed the lazy river and the grandkids all enjoyed the slide as well as the beach. The Phoenix West facility is great by any standards and caters to families and kids. We've been staying here the past 7-8 years.

This took an hour - there was a line and only one clerk working. He was very pleasant and helpful, though.The property was in acceptable condition. My only complaint with the condo was that the tile floors weren’t clean. Walking barefoot inside left our feet black. We could smell disinfectant as we entered so I felt cleaning was attempted. We loved the location. The parking deck was especially convenient. The kids enjoyed all the water features. We enjoyed eating at our favorites - The Original Oyster House, the Hangout, the Sunliner Diner and Cobalt. Take out from Rotolo’s Pizzeria was a new experience and it was delicious! We had a great time!

Loved the Lazy River!

We enjoyed the tennis courts at night & played pickleball there as well! I would recommend that the pickleball equipment be upgraded even slightly since plastic paddles don't work well. Love it!

The condo was perfect for us! I LOVE the wall of windows overlooking the gulf. Makes me feel like I'm outdoors even when I'm not. Love the large balcony and quality outdoor furniture, especially the tall table and chairs. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the mornings. We also saw several dolphins from the balcony during each of the three days we stayed. We loved that! You might bring binoculars with you to get an even better look at the wildlife. We also love that we can park on the same level as the condo--makes unloading and loading sooo much faster and easier. The unit was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The bathrooms are a good size. The shower in the primary bath is bigger than you typically find in vacation condos--love that. The only drawback for me was that I wish there were an ottoman or recliner in the living room so I could put my feet up while our group was sitting in that space, but I'm not complaining by any means. I slept exceptionally well in the primary bedroom, which is spacious. The elevators in the building are much faster than those in most condo buildings where I've stayed--another plus. We spent hours floating in the lazy river (tubes are provided), as well as hours at the beach. Check in and parking were easy. The host was very responsive to my questions. We would gladly stay here again!
