This private home is located just outside downtown Asheville, with easy access to the Biltmore Estate, Asheville and all local area attractions. An easy 5 minutes to Biltmore Village, and less than 10 minutes to downtown Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, the River Arts District all with its energetic collection of restaurants and shops! You are only app. 15 minutes to Asheville Regional airport. You are essentially close to "everything" in and around Asheville. The home is accessed via only paved roads.

Get ready to be “wowed” by this specialty built mountain style retreat. With all new finishes, high ceilings, open rooms, and cozy spaces, you will immediately feel at home at Avondale of Asheville. (That is of course if you can tear yourself away from the hot tub or deck & soaking in the spectacle of the of relaxing amidst the splendor of the Blue Ridge Mountains, & actually venture inside!) The newly constructed Arts & Crafts home affords a stunning great room, fully functional kitchen, and MORE; with plenty of space to unwind and gather with your group. But, if you need some “alone time”, there is plenty of space inside and out to find your own serenity. There are abundant outside porches, deck, and open area for ultimate outdoor relaxation.

While at Avondale of Asheville, everyone enjoys all that the home has to offer; from the multiple gathering spaces, the hot tub, spectacular deck, where you can pull up a chair and take in the "sound of silence", observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fire flies come out to play in your backyard.
