Nice stay with rough start

Overall stay was nice. Location and neighborhood was good. Definitely a walkable distance to the beach. The only issue we had was at the time of check in. I received an email notifying me that the property was ready but when we arrived people where working on the house. Other than that everything else was fine.

Great Space for 2 Families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this for two families, basically 4 adults and 4 teenagers with 1 infant. The room for the bunk beds were comfortable for our tall teenagers to fit in. And the king rooms in the second floor were spacious enough for fit our crib for the toddler. The balcony view on both top floors were great and relaxing. We were so close to groceries stores and outlet. And the walk to public beach is not far at all. Will return back to this house frequently. During the day it does get warm downstairs, but the cooking we did probably contribute to that. Upstairs stayed pleasantly cool. We just couldn’t find the remote to turn the fan on in the living room.However there was a huge fan upstairs that we connected to the living room, and was just fine thru the day.

Family reunion

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house keeping overlooked some items which I called to tell VRBO about the mishaps- wanted to make sure the owner of the property knew about it. Very close to beach and of course the food in Destin and 30A is Devine.

Overall good stay, but needs more work in maintenance

The house and location was beautiful, but we believe that there needs to be more maintenance in the ceiling fans, exhaust fan, the remote control of the fan in the master bedroom does not have battery, the air conditioning did not distribute properly because it was cold on the second floor and hot in the first floor, and the overall general cleanliness because the house seems to be deteriorating.

Management was very responsive & efficient with all the questions we had! Full confidence that if we had issues, there would have be no problem getting them resolved. The property was nice, great location, but the house itself needs a little TLC.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home was perfect for our 8 person bachelorette party! There was plenty of room, inside and out. The porches are beautiful! There is a very quick walk to the beach and very nice beach chairs provided! We were obsessed with this house!!!
