Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Nice, this charming air-conditioned apartment with a unspoilable view on the town of Nice, of a surface of 48 m² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the 5th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 24 m², equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.

The accommodation is composed as follows :

- A living room of 24 m² with sofas and TV
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, high end oven (grill and steam) , microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates, fridge and freezer...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) electric, the bed base can be operated with a remote control.
- A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin furniture
- A separate toilet

Exterior:
- A balcony of 6.5 m², facing west with garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. It is protected from the sun by an electric blind and has lighting to enjoy the outside in the evening.

This is the most lively and sought-after area of Nice: many restaurants and shops of all kinds. The proximity of the Promenade des Anglais gives quick access (850m, 11mn on foot) to the beaches that border it. The Cours Saleya is a place of perpetual animation: flower market, Provencal market and flea market on Mondays. Place Garibaldi also offers numerous events (including the Saturday flea market) and gives access to the district known as "le petit marais" (the little marsh) in Nice, which is also very lively, with its restaurants and craft stores. Finally one should not forget the Jean-Paul Belmondo art cinema on the Garibaldi square.

It is also easy to get to 3 of the most important hospitals in Nice:
- Lanval Hospital (maternity and paediatrics), the CHU Pasteur (emergencies and all specialities) and Lacassagne Hospital (cancerology).

Activities :
- For the cultural, we can point out the immediate proximity of the MAMAC (museum of contemporary art) and the library (with the square head of the sculptor Sosno). In the old town you can discover masterpieces of baroque art (church and palace-museum Lascaris for example but also the Palace of the Sardinian kings, the current prefecture).
- For leisure, the Promenade offers 7 km for walking or cycling or swimming. In winter, the Saint-Francis swimming pool, 3 minutes away from Miralheti street, also offers swimming.
- Finally, the city center and the pedestrian zone are not far away (7mn with the tram1 and 15mn on foot) with the luxury stores (rue Alphonse Karr, rue Longchamp and rue de Suède).

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can stop your vehicle at the corner of the building to unload it, then park opposite at the paid parking "Promenade des arts" or at the one of "l'Acropolis" near the exhibition center (the cheapest in Nice, see NIce parking site). Possibility to find free parking in the small streets of the Cimiez district". motorcycle parking in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, next to the cab rank.

The building is close to the 2 main streetcar lines:
- T1 (stop Cathedral-old city) which serves the station.
- T2 which connects directly to the airport and the commercial port for 1,50€ (Miralheti street is 3 minutes walk from the Garibaldi stop)
- Several bus stops in front of or near the building.
- Cab station on the right side of Miralheti street (about 1 minute away)
- The Nice-Ville train station is 20 minutes away on foot, allowing you to visit Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or Italy easily.

Other remarks :
- The accommodation is accessible by an elevator. However the departure of this one is done after 11 steps.
- All the windows are equipped with double thermal and phonic glazing.
- Sheets and towels are included.

- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
