The Space:
This spacious 3-story house is divided into 6 separate condos. The building is perfect for larger groups of friends or families that want to vacation together but still have their own suite to relax in at the end of a fun day exploring the city.

The open floor plan accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. It has a breakfast bar with 2 seats and living room with high ceilings. This unit is smartly finished and furnished with quality stainless steel appliances and flat-screen TVs. Comfy, minimalist design and thoughtful details like upholstered headboards and subway-tiled showers add modern personality. Every room has hardwood floors, central A/C, and free WiFi. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with essential cookware and cutlery and all linens are provided in each apartment.

Please note this condo sleeps up to 6 guests: 2 in the primary suite (king bed) and 2 in each of the 2 secondary bedrooms (queen beds).

This listing includes ONE PARKING SPACE.

Upon arrival, guests enter through the rear entrance of the house near the parking lot. This condo is located up the stairs one flight to the 2nd floor.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the Charleston peninsula.

The Wonderer includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2024-05393 and business license BL012815.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to this suite and will have all of the essentials they need during their stay.


Please don't inquire about additional parking as we don't have access to any. The closest garage is at the corner of King and Spring Street at the Hyatt Place about 6 blocks away. If you have more than one car, please plan for that.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost. Day Passes are available with required pre-registration via a link that will be shared with you upon booking.

Day pass reservations at The Wonderer for guests of this property are completely free of charge. The Wonderer’s on-site parking lot is a paid lot, however there is free on-street parking in the area subject to availability.

Please note: availability at The Wonderer is not guaranteed without a confirmed reservation. The number of available day passes remains strictly first-come, first-serve. If you plan to enjoy The Wonderer anytime between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly suggest booking in advance to guarantee access.

The Wonderer has a minimum age requirement of 25 years old (unless you're a member, a guest of a member, or receive a special exception from club management).

The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The house is minutes to the very popular Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques - as well as amazing restaurants!

Getting Around:
You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:

The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

Other Things to Note:
Pet policy: As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property. Any sign of pets will incur additional fees starting at $500.

Parking: Our parking lot is very tight. We do not have parking for any oversized vehicles. If you have questions about whether or not your car will fit, please ask. Additional overnight parking available at the Hyatt Place on King Street for $18/night.

No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 11pm daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please take the party inside and be considerate of the neighbors.

Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

Immaculate and Well Appointed Condo

Perfect home base for our family trip to Charleston. Super clean and comfortable space. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Assigned parking spot was too tight for our suv but street parking pass was provided with the unit so not an issue.

Awesome Charleston Girls Weekend

Wonderful stay at the condo in Charleston. We could walk everywhere. The beds were super cozy and the showers awesome. The place was as shown in pictures and cool restoration of an old house. We will definitely be back!

Our group of three friends stayed here and the property was clean and located in a safe area that was close for walking around. The parking is tight as described and large SUV's should NOT be parking in the spaces but the parking is truly the only complaint. Would stay again!

Girls weekend getaway

The property was very well maintained, clean, comfortable and in a great location. As others mentioned, the reserved parking spot was not big enough for our minivan but we had no issues parking on the street right outside the property. The only issue we had the entire stay was with our access code. The one for our condo was not the one sent to us. We had to call and message to get the right one. Then on the second day that code no longer worked so we were locked out again. Luckily we were connected with someone fairly quickly to fix the problem. I would definitely stay here again.

We really loved the location of Morrison Manor. Cannonborough is a great neighborhood with good restaurants everywhere. It’s also within walking distance for many of the tourist sites. The condo is nice and well set up.

Family stay for college graduation

Very nice property in a great location! Quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from King St. Many nearby places to grab coffee, breakfast and lunch. Would definitely recommend.We were able to bring our three boys together to attend the youngest's graduation in a location that allowed everyone to have their own space (three bedroom) and still have a place to hang and socialize with a nice spacious living room and kitchen.Interaction with the property manager was easy, as the code for the main entry door wasn't working. Swift and friendly response and resolution. :-)Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great Spot!

I have no complaints about this property! We had a great time and the space is beautiful. The parking space is really tight but I was warned about that and there are a few stairs if you have some physical challenges. Otherwise, perfect!

Good offering for the price. Noise from above unit was a real issue. Late night ancrivity. On top of that, our friends in the primary bedroom had a beep in the wall behind the bedroom for the entire night. It was still beeping when we left. You might consider refunding some for that lost nights sleep. We gave them that room because he is blind and wanted them to have the most pleasant room. Not usually a complainer...but the beep was a real issue. When we arrived the lock code did not work...so we texted and got things worked out after about an hour. The gentleman was very nice. Thank you. Overall the unit was a nice value and excellent location.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the location and walked everywhere downtown. Parking was a bit tight, but doable with our GMC Acadia. We definitely would love to stay there again!

Quick Getaway

Loved our stay at this fully renovated building. Could not have been more comfortable or enjoyable apartment on second floor. Fully equipped kitchen with everything we could need for our stay, beds were comfortable. Parking can be an issue if you have a large suv. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
