Beauty and elegance in the lovely and spacious 3rd floor Bahia studio condo awaits your next beach vacation! Compact in design but spacious in execution is how the floor plan for this is planned out for aspiring beach vacationers. Tile and luxury vinyl floor throughout the unit. a king size beds awaits for you to sprawl out on, with nightstands and bedside lamps on either side of the bed. A dinette table with comfortable chairs is located across from the bed, making for a great little desk to have a mobile workstation, or read a good book, or play a board game. Further into the condo is a flat screen television featuring cable and Netflix just for your entertainment on your vacation. The kitchenette contains natural wood finished cabinets, granite counters, a few appliances for you to use to make resort living easier and more convenient. On the opposite side of the kitchenette, the bathroom features a contemporary design with porcelain fixtures like the water basin for the sink, and a traditional shower and bathtub combo.

This unit is located at Grand Sandestin complex next to hotel Effie, Sandestin Conference center and the village of Baytowne Wharf at the Bayside of luxurious Sandestin Resort. It is about two miles away from the beach entrance that is across 98 at the Beachside of Sandestin Resort. You may use the TRAM (beach express runs continuously during high season in front of Grand Sandestin to the beach - 6-8 min ride) or rent bicycles and just ride to the beach (10 min), you may also use your car (6 min) or just walk (45 min) through the many golf courses, lakes and gardens that remind you of Eden.

Parking is under the Grand Sandestin Resort. Parking fee of $10 for the stay will be payable via a link online before arriving to the Resort. Each guest is allowed to park one car in this parking garage. There is also free parking option at the Inspiration parking lot, one block North of the building.

We also provide a starter pack which include: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dish sponge, coffee packs. Once the starter pack runs out the guest is responsible to replenish their stock.

PETS are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.

If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort and enjoy the beach. However we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo
