An equipped terrace will welcome you for your meals with a 180° view of Paris.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a tea machine, a toaster bread and other utilities at your disposal.
The bedroom at this level of the duplex has a double bed 140 and a desk. You will have a view of a small terrace with shrubs. You will have a nice bathroom and adjoining toilets.
Upstairs, a large bedroom opens onto a large 35m2 terrace with flowers and trees equipped for dining and sunbathing! A large queen size bed will welcome you. The room has a quality air conditioner, a desk, an exercise bike and a radio. A bathroom is adjoining as well as toilets.
