Welcome to your 5th floor condo ON THE BEACH, steps from the sand and sea, central AC, at Sugar Beach Resort. #504 is a sweet vacation spot on Maui and your home away from home, located at a beachfront condo complex, with a swimmable beach, and 4 miles of sugary sand to walk on.
Centrally located in North Kihei on Maui's south side, Kihei is the best town from which to explore all of Maui, including Wailea, Paia, Kula, Makawao, Wailuku, Haleakalā, (dormant volcano) and the famous Road To Hana, with its many waterfalls, swimming holes, rainbow Eucalyptus trees, and of course, the lush green rainforest that is Hana, in East Maui.

Sugar Beach Resort is on the south shore of Maui, a 20 minute drive from OGG airport, at the base of the West Maui Mountains, right next to Maalaea Bay. Located along a 4 mile stretch of a sandy, swimmable beach where the waves lap the shore, Sugar Beach is truly an "ocean front" property, rare on Maui. No crossing the street to get to the beach for you!
We often see whales (in season) from the lanai. Whale season is typially mid-December through mid-April, with a chance to see whales as early as middle of November and as late as end of April.
SB#504 is a one-bedroom, one-bath beachfront condo on the 5th floor, with ocean and pool views, as well as views of the West Maui mountains. It sleeps up to four people***, with a king bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
