The beautiful private heated swimming pool (10m x4.50m) awaits you for a moment of rest and relaxation with its bubbling jets. The wood and old stones of this historic 18th century building, combined with contemporary, high-quality furniture and equipment, as well as the atypical layout of the premises reveal a cozy atmosphere of a chic country house with incredible charm. Its location in the South of the Landes and at the gateway to the Basque Country, with the beaches just 18km away, the lake and the Hossegor golf course 30 minutes away is also ideal for discovering the coast, villages, hillsides and nearby Spain. . An unforgettable stay in perspective... Laid out on two levels, this gîte is composed on the ground floor of a large day room with lounge (TV, wifi, Bluetooth station), dining area on the central island of the open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood , washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave), an alcove extending from the living room with 1 160x200 bed (a curtain separates this sleeping area to guarantee your privacy), a bathroom ( with bathtub and Italian shower), a separate toilet. Upstairs, an open attic bedroom offers two 80 cm beds which can be made into a 160 cm bed. To highlight the original framework, a beam has been preserved: an adult must bend down to access the beds. Sheets, bathroom linen, household linen as well as water, electricity and heating charges are included. Baby equipment (bed and high chair) can be provided. The exterior consists of a covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and plancha, and a large park with approximately 2000m² entirely dedicated to the gîte (not fenced) with neighboring inhabited outbuildings.
